COMFORTABLE, CLEAN AND CONVENIENT

We have been renting beach homes for 26 years. La Vita Bella is the cleanness home we have every been in at Myrtle Beach. It is extremely comfortable and a pleasure to live in. Plenty of utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc. The pool is most appealing and very clean. Talking and working with Penny is a special pleasure.

During the week of June 21st to June 27th my family and I rented this amazing house located 1/2 block off the beach for our family reunion. Family flew in from Texas, Kansas, Virginia, Maryland, California and Norway. We had the best reunion yet as this house served as our base camp, meeting place, eating place, lounging area and anything else we could use it for. Although we only had 6 people sleep at the location, we had 16 people meet, eat and lounge each day very comfortably. The house was clean and kept in great shape. The pool was refreshing and although small, could accommodate everyone. If we decided to return to Myrtle Beach in the future, we would go out of our way to try and book La Vita Bella again.

Beautifully equiped and well maintained house with excellent floorplan that allows multiple families to spread out and enjoy the space. Has all the amenities one needs for a week at the beach. Electronic hardware galore-- TV's in every bedroom, good quality kitchen supplies, beach bikes, BBQ and coolers --Very well stocked house!!! Situated less than 1/2 block from ocean and very clean beach. Pool is well maintained and a nice break from the sand. There is also an outside shower which makes coming home from the beach a pleasent experience.

We have stayed in many rental properties and this one is at the top of our "lets go back" list.

We had a wonderful time at La Vita Bella! The house is beautiful inside and out(and very clean)! The pool is great! It is private and beautifully landscaped. Surfside was such a cute little community. We loved it and are already looking forward to returning next year!

Our family vacation at LaVitaBella was total fun and relaxation. Everything in the home and in the area was so convenient.
The home was super clean with an "at home" atmosphere. We did the linen package and it definitely was enough with lots to spare.

The beach access was really close as described. We used the pool (which was very clean and had plenty of chairs) a lot with a 4 yr. old and a 1 yr. old.

In short---this home and area was fantastic.

We were not disappointed with our experience in renting this property. The home was beautiful, comfortable and relaxing.
Penny was on top of everything and was readily available for any questions. The kitchen was well appointed. The close proximity to the beach was great since we had to take 3 toddlers and all their stuff. After spending the morning on the beach we rinsed off, spent some time in the pool, put the children in for naps and with the use of monitors the adults were able to enjoy the pool during nap time.
We would highly recommend this property!

We had a great stay. Our family loved the beautiful house and our grandchildren loved the pool and beach. We had everything we needed and everyone in our family agreed we should plan another vacation. Penny was terrific and very accomodating and helpful. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in you lovely beach home. Everything about the home is perfect. Everything we needed was provided in the home. We loved the private pool and the ocean view from the porch was awesome. Thanks also for letting our little dog come along as she is a big part of our lives. We will be back! To anyone reading this, if you haven't stayed at La Vita Bella, you should! It is the best trip to the beach we have ever had.
