This charming 1940's home has been reinvented by owner-artist Terri Cody. The home is warm and cozy, filled with everything you need for a quite getaway and centrally located within walking distance from the towns amenities.

Ritzville downtown, on the National Register of Historic Places since 1990 offers several blocks of early 1900's buildings, an art deco movie theater, Carnegie library and several museums. Also within walking distance you will find local restaurants', a bowling alley, grocery store, a 9 hole golf course with club house, tennis courts, fairgrounds, seasonal water park and numerous walking trails.

'Ritzville Guest House' makes a great base camp for exploring this beautiful area of Washington State with nearby day trips such as Palouse Falls, Potholes Park and Walla Walla.

Or simply stay close to town and wander the rural back roads .

Family Reunion

We rented the house to have a Family Reunion over Thanksgiving. This house was an excellent choice for us. The teenagers had the run of the basement with many games to play. The kitchen was well equipped and Terri had a fruit bowl and homemade scones waiting when we got there. The house is really cute with many artists' touches. It's also bigger than it looks. We'll be staying there again, no doubt.

Great Visit

Six of us stayed here for three nights. We fell in love with the place. Each room was unique and interesting. My nephew and I loved all the games. It was much more fun than a hotel stay. Terry was more than helpful with every aspect of our visit. .
