Wonderful Family Getaway

This house afforded our family a wonderful home-base for our Florida get-away. The three bedrooms provided more than enough room for us and our eight children. The fully-functioning kitchen made it easy and affordable to feed our crew while saving the restaurants for special occasions. We enjoyed the private backyard for grilling out and just reading in the sunshine. Access to internet kept us up to date on happenings back home.The house is immaculately clean and nicely furnished--but not so nice that we were afraid to let our children relax. The garage was stocked with bicycles, beach toys, and boogie boards for more fun on the beach.
We were less than two minutes walk to the beach. Though not beach front, the house was incredibly convenient for beach access--helpful with a potty-training toddler in tow. The area offered miniature golf, shopping, Kennedy Space Center, and a nature preserve for those moments away from the beach.
The owner was very helpful in providing the information we needed to get through our first experience in renting a house over the internet. He even met us at the door, within minutes of our arrival, when the code for the garage didn't work quite the way it was supposed to. For an easy, relaxing time away with your family, this location is ideal.

Exceeded our expectations!

The rental was the perfect size for our family of 7. House was clean and spacious. Just a short walk to the beach and only a few miles up the road from the shops in Cocoa Beach. We used the backyard grill just about every night and it was clean and full of propane for us. Nice deck in back yard. Also very nice area for us to go for our daily walks. We absolutely loved it and plan on renting here again next year.

The house is great, the location is great. It is VERY close to the beach. The owner let us borrow a stroller and a port-a-crib. That was nice and very helpful.
However, we had 10 people (including 4 kids) and only 8 towels. It's not easy to carry towels with limited luggage/van space for that many people. There were only 2 trash bags for a week's stay as well.

Beautiful home at an economical price

This is a beautifully decorated, immaculate vacation home with a price that can't be beat! Take a 2-3 minute walk and you're on a beautiful, lifeguarded beach that almost seems like it belongs only to you! Everything in the house is in perfect working order - loved havnig the washer and dryer! We had a group of 10, with the youngest being 15, and although the living area was small for our size group, it was still very comfortable and the bedrooms were vast! It would be hard to find something of this caliber at a better price! Very impressive.

House was immaculate, just as described, all essentials available, including internet. We were steps away from the beach, really close to Cocoa, as well as the Space Center and Disney. Fabulous place, highly recomend.

This house was absolutely wonderful. It had everything needed for your stay away from home. Easy access to the beach. The owner was great and very helpful with any questions we had and providing extra roll a way bed that we needed. I would definitely come back.

This home was even better than advertised. We were very happy with our week's vacation. It was equipped with everything a family could need or want for a relaxing time. We were very pleased to be able to go into Orlando for the amusement parks and then come back to a nice quiet neighborhood at the beach. We saved a lot of money with the full kitchen and the backyard grill on restaurants, but there are plenty of good places to eat out nearby. We will definitely be coming back. Also the owner was great about promptly answering any questions.
