We stayed in your Montelago Village Resort condo, Feb. 1-15. It was lovely and we had a fabulous time. We took care of it as if it were our own home, taking shoes off, keeping it very tidy and just enjoying the view and sunshine! Thank you so much for sharing this bit of heaven with us!!! I was going to leave you a bottle of good wine, but thought you might not be using your place soon, or ever? Do you simply rent it? The pool was super, as well as the jacuzzi, and I went swimming daily, after hiking, tennis, walks, or pickleball. We have family and friends in LLV, so it was a perfect location for us. This is the perfect place to stay if you are road biking in the area. You can leave right from the unit and access both the Northshore Road and the River Mountain Loops trail. Beautiful cycling! This is a great unit, too. Very nicely arranged and appointed for two couples. Coming home to relax by the pool or in the hot tub was also wonderful...and the deck is great for breakfasts. We will try to return next year!

Lake Las Vegas was a great place to visit and staying here in this condo made the trip even better! It was clean, nicely furnished and the views were beautiful. The weather was cold so we didn't get to use the pools, but we did eat at the wonderful Bernard's Bistro by the Lake in the village. The atmosphere was quaint, warm, inviting, and the food was exceptional. We also visited Hoover Dam and the Valley of Fire and the condo was located perfectly to get to both easily. The owners were attentive and even answered questions for us during our stay. We highly recommend staying here, as you won't be disappointed! Looking forward to our next trip to this Lake Las Vegas condo next year!

This was our first time in Vegas. I fell in love with the Lake Las Vegas area online and .......wow...... I was not disappointed. I could not believe the view. I kept going out on the balcony...... just checking to make sure everything was still there. The Condo is absolutely beautiful , better then expected. From parking to the pool area to the kitchen and WIFI everything was just perfect. If I ever go to crazy Las Vegas again I would definitely stay there again. I just Love it ......... BTW my husband and son also thought that it was pretty cool....... :-)

This is the perfect place to stay for a Las Vegas vacation. It is very quiet near Lake Mead. It is 17 miles from the strip. The condo has a lake and pool view balcony which faces east which is perfect for sitting in the evening. It was recently recarpeted and repainted. It is virtually new and in perfect condition. The kitchen is fully equipped. The condominium complex is in Montelago Village which is a small shopping district with small gift type shops and restaurants. It has a small casino. If you want to go to the strip it is 17 miles away, however, we recommend the nearby station casinos on Lake Mead blvd and Boulder Hwy for better gambling luck. The great part is at the end of the day you can return to the peace of the Montelago resort. The management was very helpful and friendly, although we did not have any issues.

We did significant research on VRBO for Lake Las Vegas before choosing this property, and we were not disappointed! First and foremost the owners were great to work with overall -- responsive, friendly, and helped us resolve a scheduling issue. They are prompt in responses and great to deal with. The property is even nicer than the photos show. The building is the best located one in Lake Las Vegas and adjacent to the pedestrian-friendly "village" which feels like an Italian village. The rental unit is a clean, functional unit with one of the best views in the building, it gets morning sun and overlooks both of the pools, as well as the beautiful lake and ever changing mountain views in the background. The unit comes with nice underground parking, its very quiet, and has all of the things you expect in a rental unit -- great TV reception, some games, a few DVDs, comfortable beds and attractive/functional furniture. The unit layout is just perfect and the overall value is great (the unit has 2BR and 2BA). As a renter in the unit you have the same access to all amenities including underground parking, laundry room (although there is also one in the unit), a very good fitness center, pool/jacuzzi, and other amenities I'm sure I've not noted. You may read some negative press about Lake Las Vegas when you do research but I can assure you its a wonderful place to spend a week. The community is beautiful, the property is adjacent to a half dozen restaurants and other shopping/entertainment, a casino, and other vacation opportunities such as a marina, golf, bike rentals, etc.. Las Vegas is 20-30 minutes away but in a different world. Its the best overall option if you'll be in that area. We had a wonderful week and hope to go back soon!

Our family stayed at this 2 bedroom apartment during Spring Break 2011. Not only were our expectations met, they were greatly exceeded! With 4 children ranging in age from 2 to 12 we spent a lot of time at the pools (which are much closer to the unit than what you would think from the pictures) our only complaint would be that they were not heated! We also spent an afternoon boating around the lake. Many restaurant options were within walking distance and of course the shopping options within a short drive were endless. As for the 'post-recession' climate in the area, 2 of the 3 local golf courses are now open and almost all of the retail spaces in the village are either operational or set to open in the near future. We would definitely recommend this rental to family and friends. The unit was well maintained, very clean and adequately appointed for normal meal preparation. The owner/management company was easy to work with and instructions and contracts were very clear and user-friendly. We definitely look forward to future stays!
