Fun stay in Tucson

The place was very much as described and was a perfect location to be able to walk to restaurants and great coffee. The house was very comfortable - quite small but very clean and had all that you need for a holiday spot. Susan was a great host and blended keeping her distance with offering friendly advice when called upon. She was most gracious in letting us do our laundry at her house which was helpful. Price was very reasonable and we would definitely stay here again or recommend it to any friends. It is small so not geared to families.

I stayed in the carriage house for 3 nights while in town for a University of Arizona football game. The property was very well-maintained and cozy, and the decor was quite nice as well. The owner is super-friendly and easy to reach for any reason. When I return to Tucson, I will definitely stay here again.

Great little house in a perfect location. I would take a cozy place like this over a Hotel any day! The owner was terrific too-I highly recommend this rental.

This place is terrific and the owner most delightful. We stayed for two weeks and will return for a month next winter. Located within an easy walk of the University, which as retired academics, we thoroughly enjoyed. Also fifteen minutes from the White Sox spring training facility! Susan was particularly helpful. We most highly recommend the carriage house.

Prior guest book comments lead me to this wonderful carriage house and I couldn't agree more. Immaculate is the word, and very inviting with ammenities right down to water for the iron and a good selection of herbs for cooking. Quiet, with parking right out front. You'll enjoy your stay!

We stayed in the carriage house for 5 weeks during the months of January and February. We had a delightful time. The carriage house was artfully decorated and extremely comfortable.

Location, location, location was the
most valuable aspect of the carriage house. As two retired college professors, we enjoyed its proximity to the cultural and educational events at the University of Arizona which was located only three blocks away. The property is also only one block from 4th Avenue which has many ethnic restaurants and unusual boutiques. Downtown Tucson is an easy 15 minute walk.

We stayed here for five days while looking for apartment rentals, as we are moving from Salt Lake City to Tucson over these next few months. We loved our stay. I couldn't recommend this place more: it is beautiful, light, comfortable, quiet, blocks from 4th Avenue shops and restaurants, and immaculately clean. We fell in love with the heating and cooling system (remote-controlled--very efficient) and appreciated all the extra touches, including Aveda sample bath products, bread, etc., and very clean, fluffy, white towels. Two of us stayed in the carriage house over the Christmas holiday and very much enjoyed our stay. This is a great alternative to a hotel - centrally located, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The electric heater kept the unit cozy even with temperatures outside in the 30s overnight. There were plenty of fresh blankets, pillows, and towels for our use. We even found the kitchen stocked with a fresh loaf of bread and tea when we arrived! And the patio is delightful.
