Condo, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-4)

Nicely appointed 4th Floor Sundial 1 Bedroom Ski-in/Ski-out sleeps up to 4 in Private King Bedroom and Queen Pullout Couch in Living Area. The condo's private balcony overlooks Canyons Resort Village, to include the Red Pine Gondola which is a short walk from your door.

Although plenty of activities to include summer and winter sports, shopping, and restaurants are located right on site, a free city bus or private shuttle operate regularly to provide you access to the many other amenities in the Greater Park City area.

The Canyons resort is located 35 minutes from Salt Lake International Airport, and accessible by rental car or private shuttle. Free underground parking is available for Sundial guests.

Guests are welcome to enjoy a rooftop hot tub, in ground plunge pool and a fitness center. Once you park your car in the underground parking garage, you will never have to get into it again. Additional amenities include washer-dryer in the unit, and ski storage off the lobby. As a guest in this condo, you are entitled to all amenities as any guest of Sundial.

YEAR ROUND ACTIVITIES IN PARK CITY:

Besides the world class skiing in Park City, winter means a multitude of outdoor winter fun to include sledding, sleigh rides, tubing and snowshoeing to name a few. The Sundance Film Festival is held in late January.

Spring season can bring some of the best skiing of the year in very temperate conditions.

Summer means golf, mountain-biking, numerous music festivals, the Triple Crown Softball Tourney, Park City Extreme Cup Soccer Tournament, and the Kimball Arts Festival.

Don't rule out a fall visit, which many locals will tell you is their favorite season with moderate temperatures and a great opportunity to witness some of the best fall color in the country!

MUST SEE LOCATIONS IN GREATER PARK CITY:

Utah Olympic Park, Historic Main Street, Kimball Junction shopping and entertainment area, Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort[both 2002 Winter Olympic ski event venues] -- All accessible by free city bus service.

Spent 4 nights during Sundance... I also wanted to ski and this turned out to be a great choice. Dan was quick to respond to my initial e-mails and checked in while at the condo to be sure that everything was okay. He even arranged for an early check-in. The place is exactly like photos - clean, nicely furnished, and steps from ski rentals and the gondola. The staff were great! I highly recommed if you are looking for a well managed fair priced property in the Park City area.

Good place to ski, good condo to stay in.

We stayed in this condo for Christmas 2012 with our two young (pre-skiing) children and had a great week. Also the price seemed a lot less than the rack rate booking through the property. Just big enough for a family of four if the children are young, ideally would need a second bedroom for family with teenagers (you could fit, but it would be cozy). With the young kids we ate in every day, limited shops in the direct resort to buy "real" food from and expensive, but take gondola and free bus to Park City to stock up. About 100 yards to lift. Owner arranged for discounted lift tickets which were delivered as promised. Day care was good. Skiing was great. Resort is quiet at night, even the gear/rental shops shut at five. Didn't bother us - again young kids so couldn't go out anyway. Lots of family groups in resort.
We were really struck by how friendly everyone was. We live on the east coast and it was such a nice change to see happy helpful people whereever you go.
Hopefully we will be back next year and the kids can start skiing then.

Great week at Sundial at Canyons!

Our family of four had a wonderful ski trip to Canyons! The condo at Sundial was very nice and so close to lifts as well as everything else at the resort. Owner was so helpful with arrangements and advice for first-time skiers. We are looking forward to returning next year. Thanks again!

Dan was very easy to work with and responded to all emails in a timely manner. This is a great place to stay and everything was as promised in the description. The condo is super convenient to the slopes. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location!

We had a great stay at Sundial over Christmas. The condo is in an absolutely great location with great views of the main lifts at the Canyons and easy walk to the shops and restaurants just an elevator ride to all the action. Since we ski at Deer Valley during our stay - it was an easy ride over and a perfect size for my husband and our two boys. Great balcony, great living room and kitchen and the bath was big enough for our group. Sundial is just an awesome resort condo - with full service front desk, bellman, and maid service. All the comforts of a great hotel with the size of a great condo. Thanks!
