I am a professional Real Estate Agent and the owner of this beautiful unit. I live on the beach, not far from Skyline of Madeira. My favorite things are books, home decoration, swimming and traveling. I also speak Hungarian.
I bought this unit because I like to have guests and enjoy getting to know different kinds of people. They come here for some fun and relaxation, which my unit can easily provide for them on this sunny Floridian Beach.
The thing I enjoy most about my unit is the sunrise and sunset. The sky turns so many beautiful colors as the Sun moves; it is absolutely spectacular! The access to the sandy beach is only 25 steps from the building. (I actually measured it!) It is walking distance from the historical John's Pass Boardwalk and Restaurants. Big flat screen TVs and broadband internet connection with Wi-Fi provide relaxation after a fun-filled beach day.

Charming condo, would highly recommend
I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed the stay in Unit 405 over the weekend. The view of the intercoastal waterway was beautiful, especially with the sunrise. Everything was very clean and inviting and we would certainly recommend the unit to our friends and family and would return again ourselves!
