Casa Buena Vista exceeded all our expectations. We loved the private pool and the location was perfect for walking down into town. Horacio and Elena were extremely helpful when we needed them. The kids especially enjoyed hanging out in the hammocks and exploring the property. Thanks for sharing your spacious and comfortable home. We hope to return someday.

Most amazing vacation ever!!

We spent a week at this gorgeous house. It was a girl trip - 5 adult women with twin girls who graduate from high school this year. The house was private and beautiful - the pool wonderful. Plenty of room and privacy for us all. It was equipped with anything we could have ever wanted - a short walk to town and the beach. The house was even more incredible than the discription. It was immaculately clean (they cleaned it again on Wednesday - changed sheets, etc.) Elena (sp?) was a huge help and so very nice. She even was up at 2:30 AM the morning we left for the airport. We loved Sayulita - we loved the people, culture, atmosphere, warm wonderful weather. We went ziplining and what a trip that was - so fun!! Beach was beautiful - water warm. Wonderful restaurants - hope to come back again next year and would definitely want to stay at this house!! I think it was my best vacation ever - MAGICAL!! and I have traveled quite a bit!! We didn't rent a car and didn't need one!! It is definitely not a place for people with physical disabilities as it is on a steep hill unless you rent a car - but they reference that in their description of the property.
Owner's Response: We are very proud of our record of satisfaction from guests. We are constantly looking for improvements we can make to the house, to make their stay more pleasurable. Next month we are updating mattresses to make them more comfortable and remodeling one bathroom. We always welcome suggestions.

We stayed almost 3 weeks and had a wonderful time. Our two grand daughters ages 3 and 5 thought your home was so fantastic. They spent hours every day in the huge pool. Then we would go to Los Muertos beach which is gentle and safe where they could have a great time in the gentle waves and play in the sand. They loved your friendly geckos and iguanas.
Your home is the best equiped rental that we have ever stayed in.(We have rented quite a few places in Mexico) Lots of pots, pans, plates, utencils, glasses. An electric dishwasher, big oven ,big refrig.A great BBQ where we cooked some delicious fresh seafood which was very inexpensive that we bought from the local fish monger.
This house has great big rooms with open spaces that are beautifully decorated. A view that is spectacular.
Does this sound over the top? Well this is a very special place.
We would recommend this houme.

After having to cancel our visit to Sayulita in February due to a serious illness, we were so pleased to be able to make it in late June this year. It was hot and humid, coming from the cool rainy north, and it was just what we needed. There were sea breezes, the pool was lovely, view was lovely, the house was so spacious, comfortable and well appointed. We loved sitting on the deck, playing cards, and relaxing. My husband loved all the birds in the large yard. He probably saw at least 50 species of birds during our 10 day stay and of course the family of Iguanas in the afternoons. The wildlife was great and we would love to come again. Elena was a great host, and a great resource during our stay. Thank you so much Mario. We hope to return soon.

My family and I just returned from an amazing stay at Casa Buena Vista. We have a 2 1/2 year old and a 11 week old and we had a blast. The house is immaculate with all of the amenities you could hope for on vacation. The view from all of the decks is breathtaking. It was truly an amazing vacation and a place we hope to return to many times. Walking to town was so easy. I would recommend this villa to anyone.

Our 3 young daughters fell in love with Elena, who was
such a dear our entire stay. She arranged for fabulous
meals to be brought to the house, and took such good
care of us. The house, pool and view are all also
amazing!

Muchas Gracias por todos!

This lovely villa was just the right thing for our family of 6. The home is decorated with fantastic Japanese style art, is very comfortable, and thanks to Elena, is kept clean as a whistle. The private gardens and expansive view only add to the ambiance. We especially enjoyed the walk to and from town and the beach. I have already recommended your place to my friends. A special thanks needs to be extended to Elenda for making us feel so welcome. Mario, you have been wonderful to work with and we are impressed with your artistic skill.

Thanks and we hope to visit again.

We had such a fabulous stay in January that we would have booked again for the summer if we didn't have to go to Europe. The house is really well appointed, it has magnificient gardens and superbe view. Sayulita is low key and has really retained some of its Mexican charm. Thank you to Mario and Maria Elena for making our holiday a very memorable one.

What a great house to have for a Christmas get together with our kids....Our 4 adult kids came in from Oregon with our 9 month old grandson. Relaxing, inviting, everything we needed for a great vacation, and memorable first Christmas with our Grandson! Elena was terrific, she lined up a cook....The meal we had was fantastic. Thank You....
