Panoramic, unobstructed view of Lake Charlevoix, 128 feet of lake frontage. Sun rises on a 600 square foot deck and all four lakeside bedrooms. Five Anderson sliding glass doors and ten large windows.

600 square foot 'great room' with vaulted ceiling including living room, kitchen and dining area. Wood stove with glass door, 50' plasma, flat-screen TV, cable, DVD, stereo, leather couch, love seat and two reclining chairs. Spiral stairs leading to recreation room and fourth bedroom.

All white cupboards, cabinets and appliances including: electric range with self-cleaning oven and overhead microwave. Refrigerator/freezer with ice dispenser. Dishwasher and garbage disposal, coffee maker, two toasters, blender and mixer. Clothes washer and dryer.

Master bedroom has a queen size bed. Second bedroom two twin beds. Third bedroom double bed. Fourth bedroom two double beds. Futon in the recreation room.

Amenities: Swimming raft, boat dock and offshore buoy. Barbecue grill and 600 square foot deck. Hardwood floors throughout, marble floors in entry, kitchen and dining area. Ceramic tile in both baths and laundry. Four bicycles for your use and board games including Chess, Checkers, Backgammon, Scruples, Trivial Pursuit, Scrabble and others.

We had a great time and loved the house. It was perfect for our group and so much to do in the area. We will come back again.

Best Family Vacation!

When we arrived at the lake house, we immediately felt at home and were amazed by the spectacular lake views. We enjoyed vacationing with our children, grandchild, grandpa and two dogs! We loved being able to bring our dogs, they are like family members! One night, we had a bonfire in the backyard. The big moon over the water was unbelievable and the kids loved making S'Mores around the campfire. The home is perfectly located so we could go to tourist attractions, the quaint town of Charlevoix, Big Bear sleeping dunes and everyone loved the trip via ferry to Mackinaw Island! The large back yard was great for the kids and dogs to play and we loved that it is a very private area. The living room and kitchen area is open and spacious with enough room for everyone to spread out, relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. We can't say enough wonderful things about this lake house and the special memories we made here. The day we had to leave, all everyone could talk about is how soon can we come back!

Perfect Home, Location and Views!

What a pristine, magical location and equally beautiful home! The week we stayed, the leaves were starting to change and the mix of red, yellow and orange colors were spectacular. We had the most romantic and comfortable vacation ever. We loved the large deck with beautiful views and enjoyed our morning coffee watching the sunrise over the lake. The water is crystal clear and so inviting! We couldn't have picked a better house, it is clean, comfortable and the location and views are unmatched! We can't wait for our next special get-away to this lake house!!
