We had a fabulous stay at this very well located condo. It was clean and modern with an amazing ocean view **All as advertised**. It was a pleasure dealing with the owner who is very professional and offered great communication and clear instructions throughout. We will definitely return and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to rent in the area.

A Terrific Spot

We had a great vacation in your 5 star condo. It was everything advertised and more. We found it clean and spacious with a breath-taking view from your balcony. The facilities( pool, fitness centre, tennis court and business centre) were excellent. The close location of the ccean and nearby shopping, restaurants and grocery stores were ideal for vacationers. A big thanks to the owner for being so informative and helpful which made the experience very positive. We look forward to staying at your condo again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a super, sunny holiday in southern Florida.

We have rented condos and houses in Florida for over 20 years and have never dealt with a more accommodating owner
From the moment we walked into this condo, we felt the warmth, attention to detail and care that have gone into it.
It is a quality condo- from the "state of the art" kitchen to the sheets and bed coverings.
The condo building is kept spotless as are the pool and work-out areas.
The proximity to both airports is a plus, but traffic can be a bit intimidating.

This rental is in a great location, easily accessable to stores and restaurants. It is modern and clean and had all amenities needed for our stay. We had great views of the beach and ocean as well as the pool.
The owner was extremely helpful with arrangements and was always available to answer any question that arose. The pictures and information for this listing are accurate and the unit more than met our expections.
We look forward to a future stay and would highly recommend to others.

An excellent family vacation

We had a fabulous holiday at your condo, which was clean, well-maintianed, lovely and spacious. The condo facilities (pool, and beach access) were perfect for the kids - they easily enjoyed the pool and beach all sunny day long. Location is perfect; on the ocean yet within nearby distance of shops, groceries, malls, and attractions.
The owners take pride in their condo, and it shows. Communication was great, and everything was explained to us prior to our arrival.
Overall, an excellent vacation. Thanks again, we would definitely return in the future.

Ayant pris tardivement la décision de prendre quelques jours de vacance, je ne croyais pas pouvoir trouver le condo répondant à mes exigences, qui étaient la propreté, la vue sur la mer et un décor charmant et agréable. A peine deux jours avant notre départ pour la Floride, j'ai eu le bonheur de trouver l'endroit parfait. Suite à une recherche sur internet, j'ai contacté M. Sylvain Côté qui même si c'était un samedi s'est montré très disponnible afin de nous faciliter la tâche. Aucune déception à notre arrivée au Condo, tout est conforme aux photos et aux descriptions que l'on retrouve sur le site internet. Il n'y manque rien.
Notre séjour fut très agréable à tous points de vue. Que ce soit au niveau de la température, de la beauté de la mer, des beaux bateaux qui circulent sur le canal. Le condo est super bien situé avec les épiceries proches ainsi que beaucoup de restaurants et magasins pour les amants du magasinage.
Merci M.Côté pour votre accueil et votre disponnibilité. Il est bien certain que vous aurez notre premier choix pour une location, lors de notre prochain séjour en Floride.

This was our first trip to Florida. A co-worker referred us this condo in Hallandale.
The condo-apartment is very clean and neat with plenty of space to unpack our belongings. We felt right at home and loved the space. It allowed us to cook some of our own meals and feel like a "local." There are many good, grocers, and merchants within close distance.
Sylvain, the owner who met us was very friendly; he explained us everything we asked. The property really matched the description on the web and was better than we expected. Our stay was fantastic. Location was amazing just a short minute walk to the beach down below. We’ll probably come back and recommend this condo to my friends and families.
