We stayed 4th of July week 2011 and had a wonderful time. The house is immaculate and huge. Had 3 families and more then enough room. Beds were all comfortable, plenty of linens and blankets. We couldn't find anything comparable that was soooooo goooooood. The back patio area is spacious. Owner were a pleasure to rent from, highly recommend and would love to go back!

The place is soooooooooooo great that we will be recommending it to friends/family. I have stayed in many homes through VRBO and I could honestly say that this is the nicest most beautiful home that I have ever stayed in. The grounds were beautiful,the home was clean and the location was amazing. I will absolutely come back again and I highly recomend it. FANTASTIC

I rent vacation homes often to accommodate family reunions, a girlfriend getaway, or working vacations. This home was the perfect rental for us because it had many rooms, and each had its own bathroom... & their own room temperatures. It allowed everyone to have flexible arrival/departure dates & times.

If someone wanted to stay quietly in their room to read a book, they could -- no hassle, no problem. There's a "casita" which we assigned to our parents so that they can sleep early without being bothered by the noise while the rest stayed up late, watched movies, swam, & chatted 'til the wee hours. Most importantly, everyone got a restful sleep -- no matter if they're early-to-bed/early-to-rise people... or not.

The best part about this house is its uniqueness in style and amenities. There's a wow-factor for everyone. Some of us enjoyed the full-body massage chair for hours, others enjoyed the jacuzzi+pool, outdoor fireplaces, many seating arrangements for many different conversations, reclining couches, 2-dishwasher chef's kitchen, beautiful view of the butte (mountain) in the backyard, indoor/outdoor living space where you can slide all the glass doors to create one space (wow-wow-wow!), electronics+gadgets of flat-screen TVs EVERYWHERE, sauna room, 2 wetbars, cooler-by-the-pool....and MY VERY FAVE PART: being able to watch TV+movie at night while in the pool and jacuzzi and looking up at to see so many falling stars in the sky. Renting this house is a treat for you and for everyone else you invite to join you -- GUARANTEED! It's worth the memories.

Other things I like to look for when renting homes is the privacy/security, whether the neighbors would complain or whether you can bring your pets (to avoid worrying about them back home). This home is in a gated neighborhood at the edge of town, so no riff-raffs. No neighbors on either sides (empty lot and a street), and we were respectful enough to avoid outside noise after 11pm. I love that I could vacation with my dogs (which doesn't shed) to this house, especially since the floors were slate. If you plan to bring your pets, just be responsible and respectful of the home & its future guests.

Only drawbacks I can think of are superficial: (1) no cell signal, b/c of the mountain. But there's good high-speed WIFI internet so I used my Skype and Google Voice and (2) glass walls in 2 bathrooms without window covering - just don't use this if you're shy or don't turn the lights at night.

I just stayed here with 8 girlfriends (all mid-to-late 20s) for my bachelorette party over memorial weekend and our experience was incredible!! Let me just start off by saying that the house is DROP DEAD GORGEOUS! You can tell the owner has put a lot of thought (and $$) into making this rental home truly unbelievable!

The experience starts from when you first pull into the beautiful gated community (brownie points for this since the home is located in a VERY safe neighborhood and area). Then you walk through the front door and have unrestricted views of the living room, kitchen, backyard and pool!! Wait until you see this backyard!!!! There are fire pits, pool toys/rafts, flat screens, and plenty of lounge furniture everywhere! The kitchen is large and fabulous as well (including 2 dishwashers)! There are also flat screens in every bedroom and all over the house! Also only a 5-10 min cab ride to downtown (depending on where you go). Just fantastic!

This home truly made my bachelorette party. All we did was lounge by the pool the entire weekend and cook up a storm in the kitchen! I can't even rave enough about how awesome this home is! The only thing I want to point is that this home is VERY open (think fish bowl) so hopefully you're very comfortable with whoever you are sharing a room with ;) We all got along with this just great!

Overall, I would give this rental experience a 12 out of 10! The owner, Ash, is wonderful too! Anything you need and he is there! Definitely stay here if you want luxury, privacy, and lots of fun!

WOW this house was great for my 50th birthday party. We rented this home for 8 days. Everything was fantantic. The owner Ash was a great help if we needed anything during our stay. I will rent this home again and I strongly suggest that if you are in the market for a vacation home for a getaway or a party, this is the house !!!!! Thanks Ash for making my 50th special.

We used this property for a very important offsite conference for high level executives and the experience was better than what we expected.
Not only was the property beyond gorgeous it was the perfect environment to inspire our team. The property owner was a dream to work with,
his hospitality made the weekend extra special and it was an easy transaction all around. I cannot wait for the next offsite as we will for sure be renting this property
again.
