Amazing Rental

We just returned from a wonderful stay at The Spaid beautiful home. Perfect location, beautiful surroundings, close to the adorable town and wonderfully sunny beach! the accommodations were perfect a very homey and warm environment! We LOVED it was only 15 minutes from Downtown Charleston!

As soon as we walked in the door, we felt right at home. The accommodations were excellent. The townhome is beautifully decorated. The garage was perfect since we were there in January and the weather was cool and rainy. And since the owners left a garage door opener for our use, we did not have to get wet to open and close the garage door. We could see the lighthouse from the deck.
We will recommend this townhome to our friends and hope to visit again next year.

We stayed at the Spaids home for a week and my family was so very comfortable. I am normally extremely picky where we stay and I felt right at home from the moment I entered. The Spaids were extremely good at correspondence which made me feel so much better. We are planning to return to Folly again and I can't think of a better place to stay. Great place and great owners!!!

We completely enjoyed our stay. It is a gorgeous home and the location is perfect. Lovely views from the porches and from the pier. Everything is within walking distance: beach, shops, restaurants, a park. It was exactly what we were hoping for and we can't wait to go back.

What a fantastic 6 weeks my wife and I spent at the Spaid's home in Folly Beach. The accomadations were top notch. They supply everything you need.
The outdoor temperatures averaged 50 degrees, which afforded us the opportunity to run outside everyday, a welcomed change to the single digit teperatures in New Jersey. However, we did split our exercise time between the beach and Gold's Gym that is only 5 miles away.
The local restarants are to numerous to mention. Great location I recommend to anyone who loves the beach. Some restaurants we enjoyed were, Coast in downtown Charleston, and The Charleston Crab House on Sullivan island.
There is simply nothing negative to say about the accomadations or the area in which this stay was spent. There are plenty of activities, attractions, and entertainment within driving distance.
Once again we would like to reiterate the fact that this is as closed to paradise as paradise can get.
