New Smyrna Beach has been the destination of our family beach vacation for the past 27 years. This condo (and the Southwind) is the best yet. I cannot say enough good things about our visit there. Immaculate, spacious, tastefully decorated (but uncluttered), comfortable, wonderful view, owners and managers helpful, friendly and courteous. The owners have made every effort to see that their guests have everything needed for a pleasant stay. This uncrowded part of the beach is a little bit of paradise. Staying here was part of a memorable experience for our family.

In our view, the Southwind Complex is one of the best in New Smyrna Beach. Unit 201 is the best in the complex. The view is spectacular. The unit is very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need to make your vacation a wonderful experience. Lord willing, we will be back.

This condo is truly an oasis. Everything is provided for a persons comfort. Four good girl friends met for a wonderful week in April. Being right on the ocean is heavenly. The kitchen had everything. This was better than a five star Hotel with the exception of maid service.

We visited your beautiful condo during the week of Thanksgiving, 2003 and had a wonderful time. My husband walked in the door and exclaimed, "The photos do not do it justice". We have rented several times from VRBO and have had pleasant experiences with all, but this is the best we have experienced. We especially enjoyed the spaciousness, openness and the fully supplied kitchen. It was apparent the owners wanted our stay to be comfortable and relaxed. There were so many special touches, we could not begin to list them all. We plan to return but we fear that once the word spreads about this place, we will have to wait in line. Thanks for a great vacation.

We stayed at your condo during Thanksgiving, 2003. We had a wonderful time. We have stayed in many VRBOs and this was our favorite one. My husband walked into the condo and immediately exclaimed "The photos do not do it justice". The view is fabulous. We especially enjoyed the decor and the fully supplied kitchen. We have stayed in this condo 2 summers with our family of 7 (plenty of room)and thought it was the most beautiful, clean place around. It has everything you could ever need and the view is breathtaking. For us it is the best money we spend ALL year long. It is truly a blessing to stay there.
