This was the best vacation I have had in years everyone in our party enjoyed it. From the 80 yr old to the 7yr old. The location is great not where all the traffic is. Quiet and restful. Will definetly come back again and again. Great resturants nearby, the pier great shopping

I have stayed in many condos over the years and often find them lacking a sense of home and comfort. This was not the case with this beautiful, and lovely slice of heaven. Staying in this unit was like having your own personal pool and beach. (at the time of my vacation, there were not many other guests, allowing my family free reign of the property.) I found the bedrooms extremely clean and beautifully decorated. It seems that a lot of thoughtful preparation has gone into the development of this home-away-from-home! I have absolutely no complaints about this unit or the vacation altogether. After reading the very first review on this website, I was taken aback and now after having returned from the condo, I can honestly say I disagree entirely with what was written. The doors have been changed and provide a clear view of the yard and pool. There were no sharp edges. The condo was beautifully cleaned and all the amenities were included and some. There were many additional things in the condo that are not mentioned in the description which added to the feel of home and convenience for vacationers. I highly recommend this particular unit to anyone looking to have a great vacation in a laid back setting! I can't wait to return next year!!

We stayed in this condo last week & had a wonderful time. Some friends came & stayed the first of the week & was very pleased with the condo. It was very roomy & clean. It was also very private with your own little back yard. We will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this condo to anyone & will be telling all my family & friends to stay here.

This was our first stay at this condo. It was clean and spacious. Perfect for small children, or children of any age. Steps from the pool and the beach. Very convenient location. we will be staying at this condo every year.

We just got back from our vacation last night! We spent 6 nights at the condo, and I honestly can't think of anything about it we didn't like. I do have to say: if you are looking for plasma screen TVs and granite countertops, this is not the place for you! If you are the laid-back type who is looking for a very comfortable, wonderfully located GREAT deal, this is it! We took our 3-year-old son and 5-year-old daughter, and the condo was perfect for us. We spent a lot of time on the beach, and since we always forget something, being so close to "home" was a big plus. Reserved parking was very convenient, and the luggage carts were a super bonus! Last time we stayed on Okaloosa Island, we stayed in a lovely condo, but it was on the third floor and had no elevator. This first floor location was a nice change. We didn't get to use the pool much, because it was cold! I don't know if the management doesn't turn on the heat until later in the year or what, but it was not heated during our stay. Not a big deal! The Gulf was a perfect temperature. =0) The kids had a blast with our beach toys plus the ones they found in the closet. We had one mishap: my son decided to be a stuntman and ended up with a big cut on his temple at 9:00 on Sunday night. Luckily for us, there was a list of hospitals and clinics on the fridge! Our trip to the pediatric ER at Ft. Walton Medical Center was 2 hours from leaving the condo to getting back. That's a pretty quick ER trip. One thing that I wanted to point out for prospective renters (and this was my mistake, NOT the owners'!) is that there is no wifi in the condo itself, but we were able to pick up a signal from someone nearby. My husband wants me to mention that the water pressure in the showers was great! We've had experience with low-pressure showers in other places, and these were nice! Also - if you are not from the South, be aware that there are going to be "critters" around. My kids were fascinated by the millipedes all over the sidewalks. We didn't see any of the dreaded "palmetto bugs," though. Oh, and one more thing: yes, the sliding doors are foggy. It's salt. Facing the Gulf as they do, it's going to happen, and there's really not much that can be done about it! C'est la vie! The beach was awesome. We saw dolphins, a stingray, a few big jellyfish, and Santa Claus! Seriously! He walked by twice and waved & winked at the kids! I think it was their favorite part of the trip!

We just got back today from a stay in this condo. This was an all adults trip, no kids! When we arrived, the condo was clean and neat. The location made it easy to go to and from the beach when we needed to run in and get something. We found it to be a great bargain for the island. This condo is as close to the pool as you can get! If we brought our kids, this is ideal because they have a grassy play area right outside the door that is helpful to keep small children entertained. We were very pleased and will be staying with them again. :)

I have stayed at this condo several times and will return again as we always have had a great experience there. The owners are so accomodating and the place is as comfortable as home. Like it very much. It is always cleaned and well equiped. And the proximity to the beach and the pool is just great.
