We (my husband & I and my sister & brother-in-law) just returned from a fabulous 2 week stay in Rose's condo at Honua Kai. The unit is just as described and the location in the building gave us easy access to the elevator, parking garage and exit to the beach and pool area. This unit is perfect for 2 couples with no one feeling like they are settling for the "other bedroom". We were very satisfied with the cleanliness along with all the added amenities. It was nice to have beach towels and chairs available for our use and really nice to not have to buy coffee filters, saran wrap, ziploc sandwich bags, etc. I can't say enough about the promptness and efficiency in the booking process, everything was clear from the start and any questions were answered immediately. Once we arrived we were greeted by the property manager, Rick, who was also very thorough and responded immediately to any questions or needs. I would definitely book this unit again.

We were very happy and impressed with Honua Kai. It’s the best of both worlds being a "condo-tel." We had plenty of room for 2 couples. Both bedrooms have comfortable king beds with large bathrooms. In our opinion, the only difference in the bedrooms is the master opens to the lanai. Though it was quite windy during our stay, we enjoyed the large lanai and with views of the courtyard and partial ocean view. The condo’s proximity to the elevator was convenient to reach both the pool/beach and the parking garage. The onsite rental manager, Rick, was friendly and helpful with recommendations. The kitchen was well equipped and there were nice extras like shampoo, body wash, laundry and dishwasher detergent, coffee filters, and spices. It was a wonderful surprise to have great snorkeling just to the south of HK at Old Airport beach. We saw lots of pretty coral, turtles and even a lobster. Having Dukes on premise is definitely a plus, and don’t forget the water slide! We would be happy to return and to recommend this unit to our friends and family!

Fantastic resort and condo. We have visited Maui several times and I must say that this is by far the best accommodations that we have visited! Great location, great options for dining and shopping close by. Condo included lots of extras that you normally have to buy. The unit was spotless, the manager met us at the unit, gave us a tour of the resort and showed us how everything worked. I am already looking forward to our next visit!! Dukes Retaurant on site and the A'lia Market were very good.

The Honua Kai Resort is just beautiful and the condo was very nice as well. The condo listing and photos describe the accommodations accurately. The condo floor plan works perfectly for two couples. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Rick was very accommodating upon our arrival. We would definitely return to this resort and stay in this condo again. We ate at Dukes twice and both times it was very good.

We arrived to a wonderful, clean, well supplied (non food items) condo for a week stay over Thanksgiving 2012. Upon arrival we were greeted by property manager who was very pleasent and gave us the full tour of the place, showed us how things work, and offered any assitance needed throughout the stay. During the stay everythine went smoothly....the appliances are high quality so there was nothing to worry about there, and we were pleasently suprised at how well stocked the condo was with beach toys, chairs, cooler, umbrella, and some snorkeling gear. We couldnt have asked for anything more, and in comparison to our condo's in which family memebers stayed at this one was by far the best. Easy access to pool and courtyard as well as parking garage. Prior to our arrvial the owners were helpful and responsive to questions we had. The pool area was amazing and there is easy access to beach on great snorkling up and down the coast line. We were very happy with our stay! I would recommend this property to anyone, and espcially for those with families.

We had a wonderful week in 305. Everything was just as described, clean and comfortable. The property manager, Rick, was great in helping us feel welcome and making sure we had everything we needed. We used all of the beach gear provided: towels, chairs, body boards, snorkel equipment, and more. The resort pools were really nice and there was always a quiet place to sit. The best part was being able to walk out the door to the beach and snorkel among hundreds of beautiful fish! Thanks Rose and Rick for the perfect Maui vacation spot. We can't wait to return!

This is a beautiful condo that looks just like the pictures! The unit is spotless with a very helpful agent willing to do anything to make our stay perfect! We enjoyed the snorkeling gear, the beach chairs, the best snorkeling right in front of the unit and the wide variety of swimming pools! A great trip and we look forward to a return visit.

Really enjoyed our stay in 305. Great location on the property roght over the pool. All amenities just as described. Rick met us at the pool and let us get checked in a little early which was appreciated after traveling. Already planning the next trip and plan on staying right there again!
