We just came back from our definitely way too short stay at Udensville. It couldn't have been better!!
The place is just amazing. The house has a spectacular setting surrounded by a well-kept garden, turquoise water and a fantastic beach. We loved to sit on the porch every night listening to the waves of the ocean. The pictutres cannot capture the unbelievable beauty.
The house is very clean and well equipped. You will find everything you need. It has comfy furniture and everything is in working order.
Brian and Larraine were the perfect hosts and it was a pleasure for us to meet them. They are also a reason why we would have stayed longer. They give you all the privacy you need and have very good recommendations for restaurants, day trips and whatever you want to know. We are so unhappy that we didn't find the time to drink a beer with them.
We really enjoyed every single minute in this wonderful property!!

Brian and Larraine, thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with us and making our stay so special. It was the best decision by staying at your place. It was absolutely excellent.

We just returned (sadly) from a week's stay at Udensville, Great Exuma. The place was fantastic! Hosts Brian and Larraine are SO lovely, and gave us the utmost privacy--and were very helpful for suggestions etc, as well. The place is very spacious, and so comfortable--we couldn't have asked for a better place to have stayed! We will ABSOLUTELY be returning, as often as we possibly can :) The beach out front is gorgeous and very private (we saw only one other soul there the entire week) There is a gazebo with tables and chairs, a patio with the same (for outdoor meals or relaxation) and also, a great sundeck for lounging/tanning---we used it daily, and even took advantage of it at night, to feel the ocean breezes and gaze at the millions of stars. The glass bottom kayaks are great as well to take out on the water at your leisure, and there are clusters of rocks/corals where you can spear fish and caribbean lobster, right out front. Again, I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay! Thanks so much Brian and Larraine, and we hope to see you again VERY soon!!!!!!

Our vacation stay at Undensville was wonderful. The pictures do not even do this house justice. The water right in front of the house is so beautiful.
The house was very clean and was fully stocked for your stay. The Udens were great host and could answer any questions about the island.
We had so much fun and had a very hard time leaving. We will be going back to Udensville for our vacation next year. It is truly paradise.

Udensville was everything we had hoped it would be for our daughter's dream wedding. Everything was perfect from the beautiful ocean front setting, well appointed, very clean and comfortable home and amazing hosts/wedding planers - the Udens. They were so helpful providing us with information regarding every detail we needed to know and the day of the wedding they and their friends decorated the gazebo with flowers from their yard, the same kind we used in the wedding bouquets! It was so beautiful and we have photos and wonderful memories for a lifetime. We highly recommend Udensville to anyone who is looking for a tropical paradise setting for an intimate, stress free wedding!

ottima sistemazione sulla spiaggia a pochi chilometri dall'aeroporto (senza alcun rumore). La casa è deliziosa, con tutto cio' che puo' occorrere , 2 belle camere da letto ed una cucina all'americana con un enorme salone. davanti c'è una simpatica veranda, sulla spiaggia libera. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e vivono nell'appartamento al piano di sopra (per prenotazione macchina, indispensabile o eventuali problemi) , ma sono molto discreti. L'isola è ancora selvaggia, poco turistica, con splendide spiagge per lo piu' senza servizi. Insomma la consiglierei assolutamente!

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Udensville. We have been to a few other Caribbean Islands - St. John, St, Thomas, Caymen Islands, Yucatan. Our family of four (parents and two teenage children ages 17 and 14) rate this accommodation and island #1. The only other island, of those we've visited, that rivals Great Exuma's unspoiled beauty is St. John. However, due to its cliffs, it is difficult to find a house in St. John that is walkable to a beach. Udensville sits on a spectacular beach. The view is stunning and the swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking right beyond the deck is superb.

The island is very quiet and we were concerned that our teenagers would get bored. Well, the TV was never turned on. It is a perfect place to reconnect. We were fortunate that our visit coincided with moon free nights, which made for never before seen star-gazing. We watched satellites orbit and saw several shooting stars. There are so many things to do that boredom was a non-issue.

Every detail in the house has been thoughtfully tended to and the hosts, Brian and Larraine, are helpful, warm, and gracious. The house is gorgeous and clean and all the necessities are available for guests (beach towels, chairs, kayaks, beach toys, etc.).

We highly recommend Udensville and hope that we have the opportunity to visit this slice of heaven again soon.

My family stayed there and it was great. Brian and Larraine were helpful and very freindly in guiding us in wht to do to have an enjoyable hassle free time. The lower level is clean, roomy and relaxing. We had teh awesome beach just off teh deck to ourselves. It couldn't have been better.

Would highly recommend this island and house for a family vacation. We enjoyed the beach and to have the luxury of the house just a few steps away made it so convenient for our children. This area is very safe and being a public beach, there was just a few occasions where we would see other people, therefore we felt we had the entire beach, as far as we could see, to ourselves! Brian and Larraine were the perfect hosts, as their advice and tips regarding the island were priceless, which made every day better than the next. Would highly recommend to any age looking for accommodations that surpass your expectations.
