Excellent Condo!
We rented this property at the beginning of March 2012. We were two adults and two teenagers. This property was very easy to communicate with by emails. The condo manager Luciana was wonderful. She was very prompt, informative and professional before and after renting.
The rooms are more spacious then they appear and the kitchen was everything they listed. You are just 1/4 mile walking distance to a super Walmart. The place is quiet, easy to drive to, close enough to Walt Disney World. Also, I must say that I was very impressed as to how clean this unit was.
We did not spend much time at the pool but they have a nice large kids pool with water features as well as regular pool. Poolside furniture was soft padded and very comfy. Poolside bar was also available.

A wonderfully relaxing spot for us to recover from our 4,000 mile trip from the UK. We had everything we needed here, comfortable big beds, a great loft room for our oldest boy, a lovely pool for us to play in + stay cool in the hot sunny weather.
We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, the DVD/TV's, the proximity to Walmart + the immaculately clean condo. we left relaxed + ready to do Disney.
Thanks a lot, we'd recommend this condo to anyone!

Had a wonderful time here at the Resort + a very nice stay at the condo. My husband sister, brother in law + kids came down from South Dakota + Wisconsin for Spring Break. Great week! This is our 4th. year staying @ Ditka's while our daughter played in the Rebel Spring College Softball games. This condo was the best! Thanks for everything.

We rented this property end of March 2011. We are a family of 7 with all age groups. We joined another couple and stayed at this wonderful resort. This property was easy to communicate with by emails and phone calls. They were prompt and very informative. Very professional. The rooms are more spacious then they appear and the kitchen was everything they listed. You are just 1/4 mile walking distance to a super Walmart. The place is quiet, easy to drive to, close enough to Walt Disney World. We saved a bundle by staying here. That is what they advertise and they are right, nice place to stay, and save your money for Disney. Did I mention clean? We were very impressed how clean this unit was. I know the reviews for this resort are spotty, I never saw or heard any guests complaining the week we were there. I just saw alot of happy families enjoying the Florida environment. Would stay here again.

We knew we were renting a nice a condo based on pictures and descriptions but the photos do not do the justice to this place. Very homey, everything is provided, extremely clean and nice semi-luxurious feel.
The condo manager Luciana was wonderful, very friendly and helped us with all the questions we had promptly before and after renting.
