Gorgeous Condo, best beach!
The Condo was very beautiful, well decorated - whites & turquoise and lots of bright colors. It felt very happy and light inside. The balcony was big and the views were breathtaking. It was lovely to have meals outside while enjoying gorgeous views.
The condo was very well equipped with everything you need for a great vacation (beach umbrella, floating mattress, dishes, pots&pans, utensils, spices, toaster, microwave, blender, dish washer, etc.). The maid service package included fresh towels and bedding every day; cleaning floors, toilet, sinks, etc. every 3 days. and free purified water dispenser which was great.
There were 3 very well maintained pools downstairs and 2 great beaches. We explores around and went to several beaches downtown PV, 2 beaches south from the condo and one in Sayulita but decided that the ones next to the condo were the absolute best - the sand was fine, light and beautiful, there were just a few vendors going by, it was clean and the water was turquoise blue and super warm. We found ourselves hanging out on the beach all day long, swimming and body surfing, collecting sea glass & shells and just relaxing:).
There was a restaurant 5 min walk on the beach from the condo, in the next Condo complex called Girasol. It was very nice to sit under their palm tree leaf roof right on the beach and the food was very good. Their Huevos rancheros for breakfast was great as well as the "Divorced eggs" :). Tortilla soup was delicious for lunch and all the fish dishes were very tasty. We ate there whenever we didn't feel like cooking and didn't want to go far from the condo.
Girasol also had a small convenience store that had food, water & lots of other things you might need.
It was very easy to catch a bus or a cab to downtown Puerto Vallarta from the condo. We preferred to take buses since the bus stop was conveniently located right up the stairs from the condo, buses were going every 10 min or so plus they were very cheap - only about 75 cents per person and our 4 year old son was free. The ride took about 15 minutes. It was fun to explore downtown with lots of good places to eat and fun shopping. We sometimes took cabs usually on the way back to the condo for $10.
The owner - Irene was a pleasure to get to know and provided an excellent customer service. She strives to make your stay in her condo an unforgettable & comfortable experience.

Owner's Response: This review does an excellent appraisal of the surrounding area and my condo. It is a complete review of my condo and area.I have spent 28 yrs. in redecorating, collecting decorative objects, etc. to create a"happy environment." Ada Colorina, who completely decorated my walls, bedspreads, pillows, painted mural, etc., is Mexico's finest primitive artists.
The waves crashing on the rocks below my 11th floor patio are mesmerizing.
