Family vacation

This is the first time we have vacationed with our children and their spouses. We needed a place with 5 or 6 bedrooms so this house worked well. The remodeled upstairs was especially nice. It was clean and furnished with about anything you would need. We especially liked that it was close to the beach and downtown was within walking distance. We have went to St. Joseph for the last 3 years and enjoy salmon fishing and the quaint shops and restaurants.

I spent a week at the Sand Rabbit with two friends for a "girl's getaway/writing retreat" and we had a great time. St. Joseph is a good place for a retreat - it's a relaxed town. The Sand Rabbit was the perfect place to stay. We were very comfortable, we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, and lounging in the living room and watching movies. We truly felt at home. We also enjoyed the beach. It really is just one block away. The public library is lovely and four blocks away. Downtown is a pleasant 7-8 block walk. We hope to return and do it again.

Wow! We had one of the best times of our lives here. The house was perfect and close to the beach. The kids loved it. We would definately rent from Jennifer and Ken Davis again!! Thank you!!!!!!

We had a great week at the Sand Rabbit Beach House. It has a great location to the beach and downtown -- spacious units and a great view of Lake Michigan. We recommend it for any family and we hope to get back there again.

Just wanted to let you know what a great time we had in St. Joseph for our daughter's wedding. The town was wonderful and my whole family loved it! The weather was great and the location of your house was perfect. The kids could walk to the gorgeous beach and we were 5 minutes walk from everything. The house fit all 18 of us easily. We had a great time and would definitely rent the house again.

I rented the Sand Rabbit beach house (both units) with a bunch of my friends for the weekend and it was GREAT! The house had everything we needed- plenty of beds, close beach access and a perfect place to hang out and catch up! I would definitely rent this house again!

There was plenty of room for the 6 of us at the Sand Rabbit as we spent the weekend ringing in 2005. The home is spacious and comfortable, and perfectly situated one block from the beach and a few short blocks from the town. You can see the lake out the front window!

Our family spent three nights at the Sandrabbit after Christmas and loved every moment of it. With grown children coming home for Christmas it was like being on a family vacation again when the kids were young. Walks in the snow on the beach, great photography of frozen light houses, hot chocolate up town each night, movies and laughter in the living room...it was just a great time.

We had the pleasure of staying in the Sand Rabbit Beach house in the first of July. The newly-remodeled house is spacious & charming. From the front porch, we enjoyed quiet sunsets. There are a number of great restaurants just a short walk up the hill into St. Joseph's downtown. Rick enjoyed the deli, while the kids & I loved the South Bend Chocolate Company store!
