Situated in the middle of 45, mostly wooded acres, this house was built in 2000. It features covered front and back porches that offer total privacy. Inside you will find an open floor plan with living room, dining room, and kitchen combined. The large living area includes an entertainment system, ceiling fan, and a wood-stove for chilly nights. Also on the first floor are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan. The second bedroom contains two twins and a ceiling fan. There is a convenient bathroom with tub/shower between the bedrooms. A utility room, with a new washer and dryer, completes the ground level.
The second floor consists of a cozy loft and master bedroom. The loft overlooks the living area and is furnished with a futon and a comfortable reading chair. The master bedroom is roomy with a queen bed, lazy boy, TV, stereo, ceiling fan, and large bath. The view from the master bedroom is outstanding.
