9 of us, all adults from 48 to 83 enjoyed 9 days at this incredible house. When you go to Hawaii the focus has to be the great outdoors and that was quite possible with the infinity pool and hot tub, which we used far more than at another vacation home we stayed at 3 years ago. The kitchen was amazing. I love to cook; having a kitchen that is well laid out is a must. This kitchen was not only well laid out with a pantry close by, a super central island/chopping block but it was large enough for our other enthusiasts to participate without getting underfoot. And for those not partaking the bar and stools gave a great location from which to watch the culinary creations underway.

Being there for 9 days we might have benefited from a housekeeper sometime in the middle of the stay but it was easy to sweep up or vacuum as needed - everything was provided. Also provided were all sorts of games, unfortunately we didn't use them much as the pool seemed to be our biggest draw as well as the view of the ocean and the whales and dolphins which we saw and heard every day.

The owners here have thought of pretty much everything. The weather was a bit windy but it was sunny everyday and the sunsets and full moon impressed us each evening. I would definitely go back.

I'm quite late in writing this review since life on the mainland is back at its usual busy pace. We've been coming to this area for over 16 years and it's always nice to find new places to stay that are beautiful, accurately portrayed and have owners that are a pleasure to rent from. Mahalo nui loa to Donna for her patience with all of our questions and suggestions. Suzi, our local contact, was also a pleasure to work with. Who doesn't love an infinity pool and huge indoor/outdoor living and dining space, especially with these views? We found an easy-in spot for diving and snorkeling further north along the coastal footpath, saw spinner dolphins everyday, battened down when it was windy, wore our zoris when the pool deck got too hot, and were always happy to come back and cook and relax in this comfortable home after our busy days.

I recently traveled to Hawaii for a friend's wedding with a large group (10 adults) and had the pleasure of staying at this gorgeous home. We were blown away the moment we stepped through the front doors. The pictures do not do the house nor, the views justice. There house is very large, allowing each person in the group plenty of privacy when needed. Every bedroom is so lovely and comfortable, but the house is also designed in such a way, that each room is really like its own suite. When we weren't cooking in the beautiful (and very well stocked) kitchen or using the outdoor grill, we spent the majority of our time by the pool or sitting out on the lanai. Besides the breathtaking views, we saw so many whales, it was hard to look anywhere else. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience renting and staying at this house. I hope I get the chance to stay there again in the future.

Pictures are accurate, but don't do it justice. A beautiful house. Well equipped. Fun, relaxing, comfortable (although softer pillows would be nice). My husband and I rented this for our three adult children, their combined four children, ages 8, 6, 2 and 2, so 12 of us all together. (note: those of you with young children, there are no bathtubs in the house, only showers.) We never felt crowded. The separation of space is perfect. Downstairs there is a pool table, ping pong and foos ball, plus a big screen TV. All rooms have amazing ocean views and we saw whales jumping every day, plus dolphins. Our son walked two minutes and jumped in the water to snorkel! Perfect! It was hard to get the fam to leave to explore the beautiful island. The pool is just the right size and the spa is so relaxing in the evening. I hope we get to return. Plus, Donna the owner was a pleasure to work with, making our holiday that much easier. A trip of a lifetime.

I stayed out the house with 3 other families and we still had room to spare.
All the bedrooms were nicely sized.
There are 2 large entertaining areas and a huge lanai with stunning views and a pool.
We particularly enjoyed the kitchen and the barbecue.
The owner was wonderful to deal with and was extremely helpful and patient.
I am looking forward to staying at this house again!

This was our second time visiting the Kona coast. The first time we stayed at a busy hotel. This time we wanted a place where the entire family could be together all the time and have some privacy. After endless research online, we found this place. And boy are we glad we found it.
Upon entering the gated community we pulled up the driveway to the view of an amazing house. "Is this really our house?" I asked myself. And yes it was. Walking through the front door was an experience in itself. That is one thing the pictures of this place do not do justice. The view when you first walk in literally takes your breath away. The views all around were amazing. While there wasn't beach access (with sand), it was like we were on a cliff in Hawaii in our own private tropical paradise with all the luxuries a house could offer.
The floor plan of this place was perfect. We had 6 adults, a teenager, 3 kids under the age of 4, and a 3month old. This was the perfect amount of space for us. We had plenty of room to spread out and have privacy, and at the same time be able to be close and share some amazing experiences. The house had a great game room with a huge TV, fuzz ball table, and a pool table. The kids loved gecko watching. The infinity pool was amazing. We loved that it was the same depth for the entire pool, as it made it easy to play with the kids. The kitchen was a cook's dream. Two of the cooks in the family relished their time in this beautiful kitchen. And the bedrooms and bathrooms were fantastic and had all the 5 star amenities.
The location of this house was also perfect. 15 minutes away from the Hilton, where there is plenty of shopping and where we went to a luau. We were happy we didn't get rooms there because it wouldn't have been as relaxing. It was also 15 minutes from Hawi where we went zip lining. We also took a day trip to the Volcano National Park, Seahorse Farm and Hula Daddy Coffee. The house was convenient enough for all of those activities.
Overall we were looking for a family vacation where we could have memorable experiences together. This house was the perfect place for that. Private Hawaiian living at its best!

If you are looking for a perfect family vacation home, no need to look any further. We had great expectations for our family vacation on the Big Island but this house, owners, and property manager far exceeded what we could have imagined. The experience of being on the lanai in the morning with an unobstructed view of the ocean complete with dolphins playing offshore was just breathtaking. We never grew tired of watching the sun set into the ocean or the sparkling stars that welcomed us each night. The owners and property manager were very gracious and answered all our questions both prior to and during our stay. The location is private but perfect for access to restaurants, beaches, snorkeling, and golf. This spectacular home is finely decorated, spotless, and includes everything you need and more. We built a lasting treasure of experiences that we will remember the rest of our lives. Our vacation could not have been more perfect and we look forward to returning to this house in the future.

"we loved the recyling that was shown to us by your property manager, my mom was tghe official sherrif of recyling! The house was very relaxing, no crazy people at a resort. Several of us went snorkeling out front in the cove and said it was the best they had ever done. We had a ping pon tournament in your games room. Your home is definitely on the top of our list of places to stay if we go back to the Big Island!
