home away from home!

Just wanted to let you know that we had an absolutely fabulous week here!!! The weather was perfect, the view was breath taking everyday, and the condo needed nothing (except a week extender - cause we didin't want to leave :-). I sure hope the next guests don't mind us being here with them :-). Your condo is a "must do" every year we are sold.
The location couldn't be more perfect. We were able to do everything the kids wanted to do as well as what the adults wanted to do. The week could not have been more relaxing. The resort kept the beach well lit at night making it a safe environment. The boys played football, collected shells and ran from the waves way into the night and loved it. I can not remember ever having a better vacation than this one. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your condo and we look forward to staying here many times in the future.

My family and I were very pleased with the Condo. It had plenty of room for us and everything we needed. The resort was great as well, with lots of stuff for teenagers and young children to do. The owners of the Condo were easy to work with and very, very nice. We would stay here again if we return to Myrtle Beach.

Just wanted to pass along to anyone interested in staying here that this was a great experience. It was as good if not better than what we expected. It was like a hotel, with a lot of ammenities. The property is kept like new and the view is spectacular. The location to the beach and nearby restaurants is perfect for all ages. The whole family enjoyed it and we plan to come back again soon. The staff were very courteous and the owner went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Good bargain, check it out.

The condo was exactly like the pictures. Very comfortable and CLEAN. Check in took all of a minute, staff very friendly and valet service a plus, no waiting for an elevator. The view was exceptional with dolphins swimming by and watching the antics of the pelicans looking for their dinner. Dealing with Brian was also a pleasure Phone calls and e-mails answered right away. I would highly recommend this condo to friends. Forgot to mention the beds in the master very comfortable had great sleeps.

The view was breathtaking! The condo was very comfortable and clean. I recommend this condo to family and friends. Any activities, attractions and restaurants are close by. I loved the fact the pools, jacuzzi and beach were just feet from each other! The resort doesn't have any other condos built to the right for miles. So, the beach is very private and quiet. We loved it! Great time! Our family will be back! Thanks again to the wonderful owners!

Just got back from the Penthouse and I am glad we rented from Brian. Place has everything we need and its so peaceful. The new queen beds are so nice especially for me and my wifes backs. Plus the view from the Penthouse is to die for. Will never stay anyplace else if we come to the beach again. Thanks for a great experience and its worth the extra money to know the place is clean and always in top notch condition. We can't say that about all the units at this resort.

Finding a place to stay for vacation can really be hard. But Bay Watch and Brian made it very easy. The description, location, layout was accurate. The condo was clean and very well-maintained. I would recommend this property to others as well as staying there again. My family really enjoyed it, especially the ocean front view and the easy access to the ocean. GREATEST THING was the elevators, they came fast!

My family had an excellent experience during our stay last week... The master bedroom was excellent... waking up to a beautiful view of the ocean... The pools looked great, but spent our time at the beach...which was just an elevator ride away... They had a covered parking garage which was convienent... The place was very quiet, and relaxing... definitely will return..... -Travis
