Awesome Trip

I took this trip with my wife, and two sons, ages 17 & 26. The accommodations were wonderful, it was great having all of the conveniences of home which came in handy because we decided to do some cooking after we found out how expensive the restaurants are. The view from the patio was breathtaking, and personally, I would have been happy just sitting on the patio with a cold Kalik beer the entire trip. There is no need for a car because the bus stops right outside of the complex and will take you into town for $1.25 each way per person. If you decide to go grocery shopping, shop at City Market, they have better quality items, and I thought they were easier to get to then the other market. It was such a pleasure doing business with the owner of Tranquility Nassau, he supplied us with such great information about the area which he included in the rental packet. He also made sure everything was to our satisfaction, and has a staff member near the unit in case there are any problems. The day before we left, we rented a Taxi for a half day and toured the island, this was well worth it. This trip was truly a trip to paradise. Thanks, Reid for sharing your home with us…..Rex.

Thank you for sharing your home with us. We loved coming back after a busy day of "doing" to relax on the porch with the lapping waves hitting the rocks and the beautiful sunsets. The house was well equipped and we enjoyed getting away from everyone. Had some trouble with the oven cooking evenly and within the correct time frame, but not sure if it was us or the oven. Other than that, we enjoyed our time there and would recommend this place to others. Thank you again for sharing your home. :o)

Tranquility Nassau was such a pleasant experience I can't wait until I can make another visit. It is exactly as described. My family and I were very comfortable and fully enjoyed our visit -- absolutely everything went without a hitch -- a most pleasurable experience. Even saw manta rays swimming right from the deck!

My sisters, my husband and I would like to thank you for such a lovely home for our stay in Nassau. It exceeded all our expectations. We spent many hours on the patio listening to the waves and watching the sunsets.

This is a lovely, clean, spacious and bright home that is ideal for any family spending time in the Bahamas. The bedroom views are breathtaking, the facilities and amenities are wonderful, and the location is great.
The property manager is extremely pleasant as are the owners. I would gladly return.

You know a place is incredible when you have folks who return again and again....We are so lucky to be back from our second visit, and are already looking forward to our third!!!! Tranquilty Nassau is everything you imagine and more.

The home was very clean, organized, and had all the amenities. We were more than satisfied w/ our stay and also received our deposit promptly upon return. I would recommend staying here.

As a group of five, we absolutely loved Tranquility Nassau. This is a very fun place to stay if you're travelling with friends. It is very clean, quiet and spacious with all the comforts of home. A hotel cannot compare. Everything you need is already there or close by. Snorkelling off the reef at Delaporte Point was fascinating with barracuda, moray eels, rays, starfish, sea urchins and many other fantastic fish just off the little beach. You can also arrange pick up right outside the gates for many tourist activities if you call first. We highly recommend Tranquility Nassau to anyone who is looking for a more "hands-on" experience in the Bahamas. It was wonderful to sleep/wake to the sound of the waves just below our window and not have to worry about where to get breakfast and what to eat. You may find an "ocean view" room in a hotel, but it's rare to find one with "ocean sound"!
