Our warm and cheerful family home is located on old, established, quiet Sullivan's Island, loved by generations of Charlestonians.
There is a pleasant 2 minute boardwalk to our beautiful beach where a walk to the lighthouse is a must. The gullies are perfect for entertaining young kids.
Our 2,500 sq. ft. home includes a bright and spacious living and dining area, opening to both screen porch and deck. The large and totally equipped kitchen lends itself to the family cooking together as all enjoy the ocean view.
There are three bedrooms and two baths on the main floor, a loft off of the main room, and a large bedroom on the ground floor, which is conducive to quietness and privacy.
We also have a new solar water heater on the roof, to reduce our bills and put less burden on the power grid.
