This is great condo wery pretty and great location we will defiantly stay here again .great location to all beaches and downtown. This is one of the cleanest and well laid out condos also,have a great stay in charlston we did!

My husband and I along with two other couples had this condo for four nights. It could not have been better. It was impecably clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen appliances/utensils. There were plenty of eateries nearby, and access to both downtown Charleston and The Isle of Palms Beach was was quick and convenient. Suzanne was very accommodating and enjoyable to work with. I hope to come back.

We rented this condo this past winter. It had everything we needed--three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a loft master bedroom for privacy when we had guests. Each room was tastefully appointed with attractive furnishings and paintings. There were televisions and phones in each bedroom as well as the living room. The kitchen had all the appliances, cooking utensils, and dinnerware we needed to fix any meal. Suzanne, the owner, was responsive to all our needs, which actually were very few considering the excellent condition of the condo. We could tell that she sincerely appreciated our business and was proud to share the place. We are happy to say that we will be down in our "home" in Charleston again next winter. On a side note, the condo's location cannot be beat. It is 15 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the beaches. It is close to a Publix and Whole Foods, Walmarts, the post office, a vet, pet supply and two doggie daycares, two fitness centers, a movie theater, a golf course, other specialty shops and plenty of restaurants. All in all, a great base for any visit to Charleston.

Not only would I definitely stay in this property again; I can't wait to stay in this property again. The location is absolutely perfect if you want to visit the beaches and experience all that Charleston has to offer. Mt. Pleasant is a really nice area, and this property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with a lot of amenities--nice grocery stores, restaurants, a pool on-site--nearby. I have extremely high standards for cleanliness, and this property exceeded my expectations. The owner provided excellent customer service and was very prompt in responding to our initial inquiry, confirming payment, etc. All in all, renting this property was a wonderful experience, and we loved everything about our trip. I highly recommend this property to anyone considering a Charleston-area vacation.

WE really enjoyed our vacation . The condo was clean , spacious, quiet and very convenient. Suzanne was very nice and took care of everything quickly.

Spent the month of March 2010 in the condo. The accomodations were great for us and our guests. Location was ideal for all the outings we had planned. The nice bedrooms and baths and the complete furnishings in the other areas made our stay very comfortable. The owners responded immediately to a problem we had with one of the audio systems and corrected it.
The unit is quiet and very clean with new flooring throughout.
We spent many days in Charleston simply walking and looking, Boone Hall Plantation and Raptor Center are almost next door. Further afield Brookgreen Gardens and Cypress Gardens were phantastic. Best restaurant we found was the "Fat Hen" on Hwy 17 (Maybank) other side of Charleston. It's a gem!

We had a nice quite mini-vacation in this Mt. Pleasant condo. It is a very convenient location to everthing you want to do.

We (6 adults) rented this property for a week while staying in the Charleston area to help our son and his wife relocate from San Diego to Charleston to attend graduate school. It was reasonably clean, roomy, very quiet, and convenient to sightseeing, shopping, restaurants and other ammenities necessary to the process of setting up housekeeping in a new city. The two master bedrooms and three bathrooms are really a plus for three couples. Other than staying on "the penninsula" (which is considerably more expensive), I don't think the location can be beat - access to everything is quick and easy - but a car is a must. The owner was helpful, responded to emails and other queries quickly. Enjoyed our experience in Charleston very much, this property played an integral part in that experience.
