The Brownstones are located adjacent to Traverse City's desirable downtown historic district featuring tree-lined streets, broad sidewalks, and beautifully restored Victorian homes. This new condominium has three levels. The main living area level contains a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with a queen size sofa sleeper, and a half bath. The second floor features a large master bedroom with king size bed, vaulted ceiling, walk-in closet and private bath. The second level also has second bedroom with a queen size bed and private bath, as well as a washer and dryer. The ground level includes a one-car garage and storage area.

Awesome Location!!
Top notch Brownstone/Condo in a GREAT location. Clean and well maintained property. Own was great to deal with. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy Traverse City, it is walk distance to everything. We parked in the garage a did not move the car till it was time to head home. I will be be back here again.......

Great Location, Great Condo
The condo was in an excellent location near downtown. It was very short walk to the restaurants, and shops in downtown. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need for your stay. The pull out couch and beds were very comfortable and the condo was very clean and well maintained. The owner was very nice and helpful and provided quick responses when booking. I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Traverse City, you won't regret it!

Great Downtown hub
Great location and great place, it looks brand new. Walk or bike anywhere (20 mile bike ride to the tip of Old Mission) as you are a block from the main commercial strip. The Condo is great and the kitchen well equipped. The garage makes this place perfect if you are bringing bikes. We had 6 bikes a motorcycle and our car in it easily. Beds and pull out couch were all excellent to sleep on.

Summer 2011 Stay
My family stayed here for a week summer 2011 and loved everything about this condo. The location was literally a 3 minute walk to everything downtown which was perfect. We drove to the beach everyday which took us under 5 minutes. The condo was nice and spacious; there were four of us staying their. It was also really convient to have the attached garage for our car. Our only actual complaint was the couch in the living room seemed to be broken; the bottom cushion kept sliding out which was super annoying! We are definatly considering going back to Traverse City summer 2012 and without a doubt will rent this condo again.
Owner's Response: The couch in question is a new leather fold out queen size bed. The cushion straps may not have been secured properly when the bed was folded.

Urban oasis meets ...
Great location - only a few blocks from the beach (if you're so inclined) and downtown TC restaurants. Place is immaculate with all the key amenities described. I felt more like a resident than a tourist. The attached/underground garage was a great feature. Owners were very helpful and reachable. Only thing is that the bed is a bit hard, so might check that out first.

Very Nice Condo
We stayed here in July and had a great time in Traverse City. The location of this condo is perfect. We were within walking distance to downtown (1 block) and the condo was situated in a very quaint victorian neighborhood. Condo was very clean and felt like new. If you get a chance try the Firefly Cafe & Lounge on Cass street. Nice, not too pricey, with a great outdoor eating area. And don't forget Moomers Ice Cream, never heard of it before, but it was wonderful.
We'll definately be back!!! Thanks to the owners for a home away from home!!
