We really enjoyed this house and everything was just perfect. My family of 4 had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the Truckee River Raft trip TWICE, golfed at Old Brockway TWICE, and Parasailed! We've already booked our return trip!! THANKS JOYCE!

This was our fifth year renting the Miller's house in Carnelian Bay for our annual ski trip, and the visit was wonderful as usual. The house has everything we need, including a well-stocked kitchen, toys, games, and books, plenty of towels, etc. The hot tub is always nice to have (and well-maintained - the spa man usually stops by while we're there to check it), and the big fenced-in yard is perfect for our small kids and dogs. It's centrally located and easy distance to Alpine, Squaw, and Northstar. Joyce is always great to work with!

Wonderful house for a big group! Our favorite things: fenced yard for the kids to play, hot tub, separate family room. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

We loved this house! Warm, cozy and has two living rooms! The master bathroom is terrific. The 2nd bathroom is a bit of a challenge. The kitchen, although small, is perfectly set up with first class plates and utensils. Loved the oak dining room table and chairs. The jacuzzi in the garden was perfect after a day of skiing and snowboarding. We walked in the area which is charming in every way. Very peaceful neighborhood, and the people were met were delightful. We would stay here eagerly again! Thank you Joyce and Bob for making it available to us. How about setting up discounts for returning guests?
Owner's Response: We have since replaced the problem toilet in the hall bath as well as the masterbedroom toilet...!!

We had a wonderful time at the house. It was a beautiful setting for Thanksgiving with the fireplace and table large enough for the whole family!! The backyard was huge and plenty to do for the kids during the stay!

We had a wonderful week at your mountain home. The backyard was huge and was such a treat for our city dog. The house is very family-friendly with all the amenities you can think of. This week was a family reunion with 6 adults and 3 kids. We had more than enough room - you could have easily fit more than that!! We would definitely come back.

Hi Joyce,
We very much enjoyed your lovely home, which our daughter Grace found.
The "little people" loved the hot tub, but next time we'll do summer, so they can splash in the lake and also enjoy pedal boat & midget golf.
The doggies also appreciate your hospitality!!
In all a very enjoyable week at Lake Tahoe with a final great dinner at Spindleshanks!!
Till the next time, Marianne

There were a total of nine people - six adults and three kids under the age of four - plus two dogs, and we had a wonderful time. The bunkbeds were the big hit among the children, and the badminton net made for some good giggles. The house was fully equipped including restaurant recommendations. Thanks again for making our trip to Tahoe a memorable one.

Hello Joyce.

Thank you so much for the use of your Carnelian Bay home. Everything was just perfect. The best time each day was enjoying our afternoon coffee on the patio... watching Molly (our Sheltie) romp in the beautiful backyard. Being nosy by nature, I don't think she knew which area to explore first! Trust me, though, she saw every inch of it.

Oh, the quietness of Carnelian Bay... I wanted to bottle it up and take it back to the city with me.

Best regards,
Diana

This is the third time we have stayed at the wonderful home in Carnelian Bay. Our entire family (including the dogs) loves the home and my little ones refer to it as our mountain home. We will be staying there every year for many years to come.
Owner's Response: We were very glad to welcome Tim and his family for another year. We have many return guests!
