We greatly enjoyed our 'month in the sun' -- the condo is very clean, spacious, and most comfortable. The furnishings and the beds are of excellent quality -- the kitchen is equipped with everything that one might need to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We found the computer (internet hook-up) to be a great bonus, as was the collection of current DVD movies.
The condo complex is located in a quiet area of Scottsdale, there are stores and hospitals nearby (the latter a comfort 'just in case'). Shopping for groceries was easy -- 'Sprouts' being our favourite - fresh vegetables, fresh seafood - or prepared , ready to cook entrees. We spent most of our days enjoying the swimming pool and the hot tub -- both within steps of the condo - and, of course, the friendly company of the other guests and condo owners with whom we chatted about Life - past and present - and other such topics - and whom we got to know on a first name basis.
Both David and I highly recommend this condo as the perfect spot for relaxation, and a holiday 'in the sun'. Clean, quiet, comfortable, friendly - and sunny every day.

This condo is the perfect getaway! Open and spacious, lots of light, peace and quiet, it couldn't be better. The owner, Eric Kassian, is cordial and dependable. Everything was just as promised. I can't recommend it enough.

We loved our stay at Condo Carla. The apt. was well equipped. We just had to bring in food, everything else was here including laundry detergent, logs for the fireplace, paper products and linens. The only thing it lacked were our favorite programs on H.B.O. which was ordered for us a few days later! The apartment is beautifully decorated in Southwest style.

We recently spent three enjoyable weeks at Condo Carla. Everything said about the condo is true! Great location, friendly complex,warm and inviting space and internet besides. We would definitely return.

My adult daughter and I enjoyed every minute of our 9 night stay in Condo Carla in early January 2003! We appreciated the neat, clean, wonderfully decorated, comfortable space. The two bedroom/bath floor plan was ideal for our privacy with access to the living, dining, kitchen and den space. We found ourselves having coffee on the covered deck where we enjoyed the colors of blue,purple and pink playing on the distant McDowell mountains...an everchanging scene depending on the time of day. Condo Carla has all the extras for a comfortable stay including the washer/dryer, huge bath towels, a place to hang door and car keys, computer in the den for emails, complete kitchen with just enough of everything such as dishes, glasses, cups, silverware. The high ceilings provide an additional sense of space and since it is an end unit, there are additional windows. We enjoyed the quiet, well maintained pool area, quiet neighborhood with walking path nearby, easy access to shopping and main highways. Having been a rental home/condo owner myself for 30 years, I know what to look for in a property and this one has it all to perfection! The process of reserving on-line was a postive experience as well, making it an easy transaction from start to finish!

This was our first stay at Condo Carla. What an enjoyment! The location was excellent and the condo was very comfortable. Great pool and hot tub and lots of nice neighbors to visit with.

What a great week in Condo Carla! The weather was more than cooperative, and the place is easy to find and within access of anything you would need or want to see. The condo was beautifully decorated, and had everything you need, right down to the wine bottle opener and glassware for the hot tub! With seperated bedrooms and two full baths, I was able to get up to watch the sunrise over the mountains and not disturb anyone. What a great internet find!
