We had a great time in Cancun staying in Blazena's place. The room and complex was described accurately on the website.
Blazena is very good to work with, quick to respond to any concerns, changes, etc.

We can't begin to thank you enough for allowing us to rent your wonderful condo! It was just perfect and we had the most wonderful vacation ever. The weather was picture perfect, the condo was very clean when we got there and had fresh linens and towels. We treated your home as if it was ours. Thank you so much - we had a wonderful time, loved the condo, the location, the beach and everything about it.
This is the third time we've rented homes from owners, (the last one yours), and we've always been so fortunate to have had great places to stay. It's reassuring to know there are trustworthy people in this world! Hotels are cold places, the rooms make me feel claustrophobic if I'm there more than a day or two and I do not like to eat every meal out.
Again, Blazena, please know how much we appreciate the opportunity to stay in your wonderful piece of paradise!

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your apartment and your flexibility to extent our stay for another day. Thanks for a wonderful time. My girls really liked staying at Condominios Brisas as it was convienent and the water was great for boogie boarding as well as body surfing. The last day my three years old proved what 6 days in a pool/beach area can do for a child and actually started to swim under water. It was fabulous to see her so proud of herself.
Your tips came very handy - the food at at La Palapa was TOPS. My girls say it was the best they ever had and I have to agree, I couldn't stop eating... :)
We went snorkeling at a place called Yul Ku', along the coast south of Cancun and it was wonderful. Not too many people there, 60 pesos per adult and children under 6 were free. Strongly recommend. Traveling home we stopped at a beach called Xpuha and found this great place called Cafe del Mar. It was great and you'd never guess from the look of it. It's directly located next to the Cococabana Hotel and Resort. It was the best beach we found for a lazy afternoon with calm waters and some coral right there to snorkel if you wanted. They offer Yoga every morning there. It was about 70 KM from your condo. A definite drive but well worth it.

Dear Blazena,
Just a note to say thanks for the use of your condo. The April 2004 weather was perfect. Warm + breezy. It was not very busy so we had "your" beach and the pool area almost to ourselves. We liked that. The condo was great for our family of 5. We thought Condominios Brisas was really well suited for a family vacation. We found the people in the on site store very friendly + helpful even with the language barrier. The Cancun tips you gave us were very useful for finding restaurants + commuting. We really enjoyed the Mexican culture + food. We sure hope we can come back one day.

Wir waren beeindruckt von der Vielfalt der Freizeitangebote, wie Schwimmen, Tennis, Parasailing und Fischen in unmittelbarer Nähe Ihrer Ferienwohnung.
Während unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir ausgiebig die vorzügliche mexikanische und europäische Küche in hervorragenden Restaurants wie z.B das Blue Bayou
genossen und haben häufig die Abende in den zahlreichen Bars bei Live Musik ausklingen lassen, wenn wir nicht im Apartment in Ihrer gut ausgestattenen Küche unser Essen mit direkt vom Markt gekauften frischen köstlichen Landesprodukte (Seafood) zubereitet haben.
Weiterhin haben wir von Cancún aus Tagesausflüge zu den weltbekannten Maya Kulturstätten Tulum und Chichen Itza unternommen, die uns einen Einblick in das frühe Méxiko verschafften.

Der Ferienaufenthalt bei Ihnen in México war für uns ein unvergessliches Erlebnis und zu gegebener Zeit werden wir wieder Ihr Apartment mieten.
Auch unseren Freunden haben wir einen Mexikoaufenthalt in Ihrem Apartment empfohlen.

Dear Mrs. Federer:
We fondly remember our wonderful 6-weeks vacation in your nice beachside apartment in Cancún, situated directly on a fabulous beach and the sparkling, turquoise, unbelievable beautiful Caribbean ocean, all just a few steps from the flat's front door. We were impressed with all the things to do and sport activities so close to your apartment - swimming & tennis playing on site, parasailing on the beach and I thoroughly enjoyed the chance to catch some exotic fish once a while!

During our stay, we generously enjoyed and sampled the outstanding Mexican and European cuisine in a choice of super restaurants, i.. the "Blue Bayou" and we frequently took a night cap in some of the many, many bars - mainly to listen to the beautiful and interesting music tunes; while on other evenings we enjoyed the opportunity to create some local fare in your fully equipped kitchenette and we prepared delicious meals from the fresh ingredients we brought straight from the markets (mainly seafood, which we love).

We also made a number of day-trips to the world famous Mayan sites - like Tulum and Chichén Itzá Ruins, which offered us an insight in the early life style in this part of México.
All in all, our holiday in your apartment and in México was an unforgettable experience and we'd love to rent your flat once again. Meanwhile, we are recommending our friends to visit the culturally rich México and enjoy it from the comfort of your apartment.

Hi Blazena,
We visited in July 26 -August 9, 2003 and are a family of 2 Adults with 3 children.

We had a superb time at your place and in Cancun. Did a number of day
excursions and a trip to Merida as well. What a beautiful country and nice people indeed.
Your apartment suited us well; it was very hot in Cancun in August and we needed to cool off - in the air-conditioned bedroom.

But apart from the heat, all was well - your condo management: Captain Chemo, his son Josey and his wife Efy were grand and very helpful.

It is hard posting the keys back to you----- "don't feel like parting with them" say all the kids!!

Thank so much, Blazena, for the use of your lovely condo in July 2003. We had such a wonderful honeymoon in Cancun. There was so much to do that two weeks was not enough and we definitively will keep coming back. Your condo was very clean, beautiful and comfy to relax in, especially the big shower. The best part of our honeymoon was going on the horseride through the jungle (Ranch Bonita), taking the horse into the water and the trip to Xcaret. Thanks again Blazena for your excellent hospitality and being so professional to do business with.

This was our first visit to Cancun and we loved it! The condo was perfect for our family of 5. We loved the beautiful pool and the fact that we were so close to the ocean. Our boys thought we had the best spot of ocean because it seemed to be the least crowded. The public bus stop was right ourside our door also making everything we did easy and convenient. The condo community was very quiet and excellent for families. The people we did meet were very friendly. We would gladly recommend this condo and will also return in the future.
