Reviews of Property: Special: March 2010: $425/week

We totally enjoyed our stay. The condo is very well furnished, feels like going into someones home with all the ammenities. It was very clean, in a very nice community. Friendly neighbors and very relaxing. We especially liked the central location to the entire Myrtle Beach area. Hope to come back again.

This was my second year staying in Don & Ellen's Waterway Village Condo. We all enjoyed it very much as everything was very close to where the condo is located. The best part was how close to the swimming pool the condo is, barely 100 feet! This was a relaxing and peaceful vacation and I will most certainly be staying in one of Don & Ellen's condos in the future! Thanks again!

We had such a great time. The pool was great on the hot days and the hot tub welcomed on cooler days. The screened in porch was the highlight with breakfast, hot chocolate, and a book every morning with the sunrise. Our anole friend was always there to greet us. We were fortunate to not have immediate neighbors for just about our entire stay, but even when they arrived – we only heard them in the morning. My oldest daughter fell in love with the pier and slipped away for quiet times by herself. My youngest daughter loved the Sponge Bob game in the bedroom. And, both were happy to be able to watch Dancing with the Stars, like they do at home.
Down 17 in Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure was surprisingly interesting and we ran around like crazy at the Laser Tag. Broadway at the Beach was closer and was one of our favorite places to go to (besides the actual beach of course!) And, Bob Evans was right around the corner and extremely friendly place for a quick, inexpensive meal. The Hard Rock Park was open, but not fully functioning when we were there. Next year, right? Oh, and the Medieval Times is a “must do” at least once in your life – just be prepared to cheer on your knight! (David almost lost his voice.)
We really hope to be able to come back again. It was a wonderful, relaxing vacation in a beautiful, safe, atmosphere. Don and Ellen, you have done a great job with the condo! It was exactly what we needed.

We have recently returned from a wonderful week at your Waterway Village condo. The unit was spacious, clean, bright and quiet. The screened porch was the setting for many early morning coffee discussions. The kitchen was well organized and fully equipped to meet all of our needs. The hot tub, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools were well maintained and very close to the condo. We had a great time and appreciated your consistenly prompt, professional and efficient communication with us. We hope to return for another visit.

We really appreciate all the amenities this condo has to offer. The waterway view, the spacious king-size bed, the Xbox game which my 5-year-old son couldnt stop playing, the veranda, the complete kitchen, just about everything made me feel like I am home. I even found a sewing kit when I needed it! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends who would be visiting Myrtle Beach because I definitely will when I get the chance to go back to Myrtle Beach.

This was our first time at the Bishop's condo and my whole family loved it... It is close to everything. My boys loved the pool and playing the games that were at the Condo(Yahtzee - was the family favorite). The condo had everything you needed in it and it was very clean. We are definitely going back!!!!!!!!!

We had a very nice relaxing time at this condo . We loved the porch overlooking the waterway. The weather was great. I would surely rent from Don and Ellen again.

We have just returned from Don's condo in Myrtle Beach and had a wonderful vacation. The condo is just as we expected, based on the photographs on the internet, very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. We loved being on the waterway and our girls enjoyed swimming in the large pool each day. It was nice to be in a quieter area but close to the action of the Grand Strand and shopping areas. We liked having all the amenities of a home including washer, dryer, etc. We plan to rent from Don again the in future and highly recommend his condo. Thanks, Don & Ellen, for a wonderful stay.
