THERE ARE NO ADD-ON FEES TO OUR QUOTED PRICE. This distinctive Clearwater Bay townhome has its unique Caribbean style. The palm tree lined neighborhood streets are quiet, set apart from others and the community has a superb private resident's Club and pool for our guests to enjoy. This 1500 square foot home is one level with the master suite on one end of the home and the guest bedroom on the opposite end. The expansive living area features a gourmet kitchen, full dining room and wonderful living room separated by an attractive half wall and archway. A full laundry room, direct entry one car garage and private screened porch are just a few reasons to make this property your vacation choice.

The Barefoot Resort offers the best of all worlds with regard to its beauty and amenities. It boasts four championship golf courses and a driving range for the golf enthusiast, nearby Atlantic Ocean for beach lovers, and you are within steps of the Barefoot Landing where you can enjoy great shopping, exciting restaurants, the Alabama Theatre, and the largest House of Blues in the United States. There are approximately 100 additional golf courses, Broadway at The Beach, Myrtle Beach Mall, Coastal Grand Mall, 2 outlet malls, Myrtle Beach International Airport, and the Freestyle Music Park within a few driving minutes of the Resort. Children may enjoy a visit to the Alligator Adventure on the corner of US Highway 17 and the entrance to the Barefoot Resort. We love staying in the Barefoot Resort, and this town home is now our favorite! It's very clean and uncluttered; and we enjoyed the fact that it's an end unit--no disturbances from neighbors. We also like the fact that the 2 bedrooms are on opposite ends of the unit, so we didn't disturb our 2-yr-old while she took naps. We had a couple of issues with the internet connection, but we called the management office in the resort, and got things working again quickly. The kitchen is well-equipped, the space adequate for our needs; we can't wait to stay there again!

Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

My husband and I just returned from a 10 day trip to this beautiful property. It was all we hoped for and more. The townhome was immaculate and the location was perfect. It was a short drive to golf, restaurants and other ammenities, but also provided a quiet, peaceful and private setting. We found the owners extremely easy to work with and everything was as promised when we arrived. We will definately bookmark this as a place we will return.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
