This upper unit also features two quaint ocean view balcony's located off the living and bedroom area's - perfect for reflecting back on a great day at the beach or toasting a gorgeous sunset!
The property is ideally located approximately 100 yards from one of the best sunning and surfing beaches in the greater Los Angeles area and within walking distance to the Manhattan Beach Pier and downtown area. It's also within 10 minutes of LAX and freeway close to all of Southern California attractions including: 20-30 minutes to Santa Monica/Beverly Hills/Downtown LA/Hollywood; 30-45 minutes to Orange County & Disney Land; two hours to San Diego and Santa Barbara.

Great Spring Break

My husband and I took our teenager for Spring Break to this property and had a great week. The apartment is just as it appears in the photos and had everything we needed. Jim was helpful in securing an early check-in and was very responsive to any questions we had. The view is great and Manhattan Beach is a fun town. We would recommend it!

Just as Described and then some!

This rental was very clean and had a nice view of the ocean. We got up each morning to the sight of suffers that we could see from the window. We had a few questions upon arrival which were all promptly responded to by Jim
Our 18 year old son and 15 year old daughter enjoyed the location and especially the use of Jim's bikes which gave them some freedom from us!! . We also enjoyed the ability to explore the fun local restaurants and shops using the bikes.
We rented this unit based upon the pictures. It was exactly as the pictures show (any maybe better!) If we are lucky enough to return to the LA area we would rent this again, or recommend it to a friend.

Manhattan Beach Condo Rental

This is are second year we have stayed here. It is only 2 blocks from the beach and the 20 mile Strand bike and walking path. We love it. Two BRs and bath allow us to have overnight guests. The bikes provided allow us to be on the Stand everyday. Very clean. Beautiful sunset views. Hope to return annually.

Nice property, great owner and comfortable stay

Enjoyed our stay. Property had all that was needed for comfort. Only thing to be aware of is street is very small, parking is tight, and garage is a little tricky to maneuver a larger car into.

Owner's Response: Parking is always a premium in the beach area and having an assigned garage parking space is a definite plus, especially on weekends and in the summer months. This property has a four car garage (double tandem parking) that must be shared with another unit, so parking is tight if you crowd the middle of the garage.

We LOVED this place!!,

We found this condo to be incredibly clean, modern and beautiful! The accommodations were over the top. The view of the ocean from the condo was spectacular! We could hear the ocean from our bedrooms (with the windows closed!) which was great. The kitchen had all the utensils needed. Laundry facilities in the garage were very convenient. Just 5 minute walk down the hill to the beach. Jim was great to work with in coordinating our visit.

Had a really fun weekend!

My husband and I rented property for the weekend and our close friends from Northern California joined us. It was so close to LAX which made it easy for us to pick them up and only have one car to park in Manhattan Beach which can be a problem. The place was clean and well maintained. We were able to walk to the beach and also to some of the places that we wanted to go to. We walked to the Kettle on Saturday morning for breakfast and Poncho's for dinner which had the best Mexican food I have eaten in years. All in all I would recommend staying here to my friends. Jim the owner met us as we were arriving and was verry helpful. I would definatly consider staying again.

Great location, perfect rental

This was an excellent rental property. My wife and I stayed for 2 weeks, and enjoyed the spaciousness of the suite, the kitchen, bikes, BBQ on the patio, and proximity to the beach and other Manhattan Beach amenities.
Property was very clean, comfortable, and the owner quickly responded when we had any questions, and lives just a block away.
We would rent this suite again.

Ideal Manhattan Beach Accommodation!

This vacation rental was perfect for our trip. The property itself was spotless, with new carpet and new paint completed the day before we arrived. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens and the cross breeze through the suite keeps the place nice and cool. The owner is also a great host and a pleasure to deal with. The best part of this accommodation is the location. There are great restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance and the beach is a very short walk down the hill. There are beach towels provided and beach cruiser bicycles you are also free to use which are fun to ride down the strand. I would highly recommend this suite for your next Manhattan Beach trip!

This was a Spring Break family vacation. We had a fantastic time, was definitely a home away from home. This unit had everything we could possibly need. We really enjoyed being so close to the beach. Also loved taking walks and riding the beach cruisers along the Strand. We definitely plan on coming back soon!

We arrive to visit our daughter who is doing an internship in LA. The place was clean and well equiped. The close locatoin to the beach was great and there were several good restaurants within walking distance. We were very happy with the unit and so was our daughter and her girlfrient.
