Two weeks at the end of February, five years in a row, we have enjoyed a great vacation at this amazing condo.The condo is beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable and clean. The service is the best, people are all extremely pleasant and willing to help. The location is a favorite, the beach is beautiful and great for walking or people watching and Bucerias is walking distance or a short taxi ride and has great restaurants. The gym is very well equipped and the spa services are first class. We hope to return for many years to come.

Can't say enough how wonderful this resort is from the beautiful accomodations, facilities, gorgeous beach to the incredible staff. If you're looking for a quiet but upscale resort, we highly recommend the Villa La Estancia. The location of resort is ideal, a nice walk on beach to Bucerias to inexpensive cab rides to MEGA supermarket, into PV etc. The owner was very helpful and provided great information for the resort and area. Thank you George, it was a pleasure to deal with you for our booking. We're looking forward to returning soon!

Everything that the owner said about his condo is right on and more. A beautiful view of the ocean, a lovely resort with lots of amenities, and extremely friendly people. I can’t believe what a great value it was to stay for a week in a beautiful 2 bdr modern condo with lots of space, leaving us plenty of money to spend on jewelry and food. The owner provides a list of restaurants in the area (all great), as well as suggestions on where to go and what to do. Transportation from the airport on your arrival is also covered and a relief not to have to deal with the hassle. The resort and beach are great and the staff at La Estancia are friendly, helpful, and just plain nice. The only downside is that there is nothing stocked in the condo, so you will need to buy all of your staples, including coffee filters, salt and pepper, etc. There is a small market in the main lobby and a large grocery store that is a 5 min cab ride away. We stayed with our 2 teenage daughters and they had a ball. The resort is very family friendly and there is plenty to do for kids of all ages. We are already planning next year’s spring break here and will certainly stay with them again.

My husband and I and our two small children (age 9 yr. and 16 mos.) had an amazing Thanksgiving vacation at Villa La Estancia. My husband and I have been to PV several times, but this was our first time bringing the children. We could not have been happier with our choice! The owners were wonderful to work with, and the property a perfect place to enjoy a relaxed vacation as a family. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we extended our stay. We didn't want to leave!

La Estancia's staff was absolutely wonderful! My older son has special needs, and he was treated with kindness and respect, something I wish I could say happened more often. We took several day trips and were always warmly greeted by name upon our return. Some of the best service available!

We did not buy the all-inclusive, but did visit most of the restaurants available both at Estancia and Flamingo. We found the food to be quite good and the value reasonable, especially given the convenience of room service. We also visited the nearby grocery which was the best value. Nearby Bucerias has many wonderful restaurants as well. Do order delivery from Pollo Felize (thank you Louis for the recommendation!), wonderful food at a silly price!

We did not get to the beach often as the kids preferred the pool, but the pool was beautiful and quiet. The towel and food/drink service were both attentive. It was nice not to have all of the noise and activities of a typical resort.

A quick note about the sleeping arrangements: the 2nd bedroom is adjacent to the main living space/master suite within a secure entry (a separate 'lock-out' type arrangement). We did not have any trouble with this because of the security gate at the entry, but as our eldest child with special needs is a 'flight risk', we were glad to have zip-ties with us to keep the kiddos in at night. If you have very little ones I would recommend having a baby monitor. Also the crib available through the resort was nice, but small (half the size of a typical pack and play type). It would be tight for a larger toddler.

All in all I would give more stars if I could. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We will be back!

The Villa Estancia was a beautiful place to stay. When booking through the owners you do not have to deal with marking your terriory at 6:00 a.m. in order to get a chair by the pool or beach whereas the Flamingo was very busy . Accomodations were top-notch and the beach front afforded miles of walking. Warning about the timeshare people. They are ruthless and, while you do get lots of perks, 75 minutes is laughable. Prepare for at least 2 to three hours and multiple individuals trying to succeed where others had failed. I finally got fed up enough to walk out. Gym is wonderful at the Villla. Never an issue as far as equipment was concerned. Window views onto garden were great. We went to see Flamingo gym and you are underground with no windows so another plus for VE. Staff were very friendly. Spa is very nice but if you are looking for massage we found a place on beach close to Buserias that charged 10.00 per hour. The massage was wonderful and compared to the $155.00 charged at the Spa....well, you be the judge! Food (if you are not part of the all-inclusive is o.k. but you can get much better either going to PV or Buserias. If you have kids that like to surf, a trip to Salulita is a must although be prepared for non-stop peddlers (to the tune of about 30 seconds per peddler) all day long. One young couple put in a complaint with the owners of the resturant (you need to order a lunch or drinks to secure an umbrella and table for the day) but to no avail. No, grascias became our mantra of the day. This is all during the off season so cannot imagine what busy season would be like. All in all a great (albeit espensive) stay.

Outstanding facilities, beautiful condo, everything was as advertised by owner. We plan on coming back next year.

My husband and two children (ages 12 and 9) stayed at this property from 12/20-12/27/11. The hotel and condo are beautiful. The property was clean and very well-maintained. The owner was very helpful and responsive to my questions about the property and Nuevo Vallarta. The hotel itself does not have any activities for the children. The hotel next door did have a few activies but we did not spend much time there. We did use the tennis court everyday. The beach is clean and great for a run or walk. We did not try the hotel restaurant and we did not like the restaurants next door at the Villa Del Palmar Flamingo. We took a cab to Bucieras every night for excellent food. The zip lining and parasailing were hightlights of the week.
