Our cozy, comfortable home is 1300 square feet on a 10,000 square foot lot, a great neighborhood for walking or cycling and has easy access to the Henderson trail system. We call it 'Tom's Place' because Tom is our son and he designed the kitchen, did a lot of the remodeling and then got a job transfer to Pennsylvania before we finished the house; we will always lovingly think of it as 'Tom's Place'...and yes, he does stay in the house when he visits!
