Unbelievable view from balcony, most renters love the balcony area for coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening as they sit and enjoy the large lake view.

This condo is located in a great location, there is pool and tennis court on property. It is also in a gated community. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located right on the water, it is a second floor unit and you have an unbelievable view, you will not be disappointed with your stay! Fantastic stay at Hot Springs condo. Have already highly recommended to friends and family members. Owner made the stay so easy and perfect instructions to access condo. We will return when we can arrange the time and when we do, we will be bringing our ski boat. Thanks again and look forward to coming back!

We used the condo for a girls' weekend. It is beautifully decorated, very clean, and comfortable. The central location is convenient to many restaurants, bath houses and shopping. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hot Springs!

We really enjoyed our stay in Hot Springs. We barely got out of the condo but who would with such a breathtaking view. It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Thank you Craig!

Stayed in Craig's condo for 4 nights. I agree with all the other reviews. The view out the lake side are gorgeous! Great communication with Craig. Easy location to and from downtown Hot Springs. Plenty of restuarants nearby. Will definitely stay here again should we return to Hot Springs.

It was a wonderful condo and comfortable. Very clean and very nice. Accessible to the races and restaurants. Great view of the lake! The only thing I would request next time is a couch with a bed. We had 5 people and one slept on the couch. However, she said it was very comfortable. Also, need to have a bigger dining room table.

I would highly recommend this condo. We plan to use it again next year.

Craig's condo was great! Spent the weekend here for my son's wedding and this condo was just what we needed. The only thing that would make it better is if the lake had been the Gulf :) Thank you Craig for making this wedding less stressful for the mother of the groom! If you are looking for a place that is easy to get to, relaxing, clean and just plain GREAT, then rent this condo!

I brought my family of 4 to Craig's condo and we loved it. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, clean and amazing views! The condo was tastefully decorated and very well maintained. Craig was available by phone if we had any questions. I will definitely be back this summer! Thanks Craig!
