If you are looking for a quiet, clean, and outstanding stay in Mesilla... Look no further. We offer a very historic bungalow that has been completely renovated to provide modern amenities. Very short walk to the plaza. Fantastic restaurants and shops in and around the plaza. A very clean 2 bedroom 2 bathroom bungalow. Top of the line beds and lines. A great private backyard, and enclosed patio. Just a fantastic example of a true Historic Mesilla Home.

Peaceful and Beautiful

What a lovely place. The ambiance was delightful and it was tempting to not go out. However, only a short walk for good food, artisan shops and a wonderful coffee house. The casita/bungalo was well cared for, wonderfully refurbished with respect for its original construction. We enjoyed the patio. It was private and a great place to take our first cup of tea in our robes. All was very welcoming.

Incredibly Charming!

There is no way that staying in a hotel could compare with the wonderful experience my son and I had in the bungalow. The bedrooms are equally comfortable and very private. We put the outdoor gas grill to good use and cooked some delicious meals in the kitchen. The house was in perfect order when we arrived and the owner was incredibly responsive to my queries. Also, the neighborhood is really awesome. I found Las Cruces itself to be overrun with strip malls and this area is a little oasis of charming,old New Mexico (with all the modern conveniences of course). I highly recommend this house!!

Charming cottage on the edge of o.d town Mesilla

According to the owner, the house was built in 1805. It was renovated several years back yet still retains the charm of its origins. The house is a comfortable 10 minute walk to the old Mesilla Square. It is a great place to stay. There is a very pleasant, gated patio and a covered patio area. We would gladly return there.

Charming Adobe Casita

What a relaxing house setting! This casita was so comfortable, we can’t wait to return! We arrived in the evening the owner was so accommodating to us, she met us on a main road and followed us in to our location. The house was a pleasant surprise, the architectural details and all the New Mexican charm you could ask for. The sleeping accommodations were comfortable for four adults and we had two other adults over to visit and had plenty entertaining space. We especially enjoyed the covered patio. The coved patio was so charming, great visiting spot to sit in at night or with a cup of coffee in the morning. The kitchen was fully stocked, my only suggestion would be a toaster. Although we did not have time to use the outdoor patio and BBQ, it was there and maybe next time we can make use of it. The original adobe and views of the pecan field were nice accents too. The beds were comfortable and the onsite washer and dryer were very convenient to have. Both days we went for morning walks around the neighborhood, we enjoyed seeing the cotton and onion fields and buying some local honey from a nice farmer on the next street over.
