Home offers PERENNIAL Gardens in front and back of house and lots of privacy. We are walkable to Cape Porpoise. Dine at the Ramp restaurant or Pier 77. Gaze at the Lighthouse or walk to the little shops in Cape Porpoise. The Wayfarer restaurant in town is great for down home eating and the atmosphere of the Cape is charming. 'Captains' across from the Wayfarer is another old town restaurant that serves fresh seafood. Drive to Goose Rocks beach which is only about 7-8 minutes by car and enjoy the lovely sandy beach and the private island feel. The Tides restaurant across the street from the beach, is a nice place to have dinner and to relax on the porch and watch the sunset. Additionally, the Kennebunk Beaches (Mothers and Gooches) are also about a 7-8 minute drive from our house. There are endless possibilities. The Golf Courses are beautiful and recognized as some of the best places to play golf in the world. (Arundel and Webhannett). There are Lobster tours, whale watching extravaganzas, great restaurants, antiquing and lots to do and are all in very close proximity to this property. Avail yourselves to live theatre (Ogunquit or Arundel Playhouses), Cinemas(Biddeford or Wells), driving range in Kennebunk, Dock Square shopping and eating or Kittery Outlet Shopping. Bring a good book and relax on the deck in our private yard amongst the perennial gardens.
