Located in Pirates Cove in Mashpee, MA, this 800 sq foot cottage has a water view and is right across the road from an association beach. Outside, there is a large deck with grill, located on the right side of the house. Behind is an outside shower. Inside, there is an open kitchen, dining and living room area with a washer and dryer. Two bedrooms include 1 with a queen size mattress and another with 2 single beds (which can also be transformed to 1 bunk bed).

Wireless internet & cable included.

Air-conditioning is available.

Because there is so much to do down the Cape, a large packet of brochures and menus from surrounding restaurants will be provided! :D

Wonderful start to the summer

I stayed here at the beginning of the summer for two weeks with my boyfriend and had a blast! It is the perfect vacation house with a great big porch to sit and relax on along with grilling. You can even see the water from the porch. The house has everything! We stayed during some hot days but the house stayed so cool with all the windows it had. The front of the house is nice and wide open which we really enjoyed. We liked having an outdoor shower. There was one inside but the outside one just as convenient to use and good for when you come home from the beach all sandy. The house is also in a great area with lots to do. Your 5 minutes from the commons which has tons of stores, restaurants and a movie theater. Also you are close to public beaches along with Falmouth and Hyannis with plenty of other things to do. We were never bored and enjoyed every minute of it!
