Great property - definitely a find
This property was perfect for our needs. It matched the description and was well kitted out with everything we needed - the kitchen was particularly well stocked with implements and condiments. The property was clean and appeared to have been freshly decorated.
There were bikes and children's toys in the shed. We particularly enjoyed the pit for an open fire and our American friends introduced us to the joy of smores.
It is well located and within walking distance to a small high street with a bakery, pizza restaurant and a seven eleven.
The service from the owner was great and we would recommend this property to friends.
The only draw back was the dishwasher was out of action when we were there - however this is minor and did not detract from our enjoyment of this beautiful property.

Great rental
My family and I had a great time in this house. The owners think of everything that you could want - well stocked kitchen, lots of games, bikes, beach equipment, WIFI. The house is clean and very comfortable and well decorated. There is also a big yard to play in with the kids. We had several walks on the beach, and walked down the main streets in some great little towns - Harwich, Chatham. It was a great time of year to be in the cape and a great house to be in.

Relaxing Enjoyment at this Cape Escape!
My husband, sister and I stayed @ this great house for 5 nights and just loved it! Quiet, private location that had everything we needed from wonderful comfortable beds & nice linens to a well-stocked kitchen! Even stainless steel pans! First time in all my Homeaway rentals over the years that I didn't have to go to Job Lot to buy something that was missing! Warm & cozy during the rainy days we had and very clean! We enjoyed the firepit outdoors & we got to meet Melisa & Ed who get a 10+ for customer service! They are friendly & fun and so concerned about our satisfaction.
We would stay here again and highly recommend this property as it's centrally located to beaches, shopping, and restaurants and it's cute, comfy and beautifully maintained!

Great Cottage!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cape in this cottage. It's very comfortable, well decorated, and had everything we needed. We had a lot of fun using the firepit and the tandem bike. It's a short walk to a small downtown with a few little shops and restaurants. The owners were very helpful, promptly answering all of my questions and suggesting things to do in the area. Thanks for a great trip!!

A perfect home for a family vacation.
The house is located on a quiet street, short drive to all beached and towns, very clean, nicely decorated, packed with a lot if household items (towels, linens, beach towels, detergents, soap, ziplock, foil, shampoo, body wash, etc....), semi-private back yard, kayaking within 5 min drive, breakfast and shopping within walking distance. Excellent customer service by the owners. We will definitely come back next year. We highly recommend The Oyster Company restaurant in Dennisport but please ensure that you make a reservation in advance if you are coming during the summer. Their lobster pie rocks!

This vacation home was very comfortable and beautiful. It was clean and very well maintained. The owner provided very good customer service. I would definitely recommend the property to a friend or relative. And, it is close to everything there is to do in Dennis Port. Its on a mildly busy road, which connects to downtown. It was a very pleasant and comfortable experience.

Great cottage with linens
We enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The property was clean with appropriate sized bedrooms and a roomy living area. Great variety of movies for relaxing in the evening.
The owner has provided linens which is a huge bonus to not have to worry about that or some of the basic staples such as paper towels and foil paper. Even coffee is available which is great. All the necessary basics in the kitchen were available except the dishwasher working which is temporary issue.
The location is great - not too far from beaches and walkable to main street. We mostly ate in but did go to Buckies which has yummy baked goods and had some lobster at the Swan House which was good but the service was very slow that night.
The owners are very accessible and easy to work with . I would definitely recommend the house.
