Loved my stay at this adorable beach house. The location was awesome, just a quick walk to the sand, shopping, dining and lots of things to do! Also, liked the quaint backyard where we were able to barbecue one night! House was adorable, clean, and had everything we needed including the beach cruisers that we used daily! I would definatly recommend this property and we'll be back again soon!

What a wonderful way to escape with your loved one or alone.
I enjoyed a weekend with my husband biking to the balboa pier and catching the sun on the beach afterwords.

This was the perfect relaxing vacation. Everything was provided, we enjoyed a nice bike ride to the shops and restaurants. Just minutes away.. The beach is so close and area is so beautiful. I loved that we were able to BBQ and wash our laundry onsite. The place was very cleaned and very nicely furnished.

Our New Maui and it May Be Better

Our stay at the Studio was everything and more than we could have asked for. The beach cruisers and barbecue were a bonus. We actually biked 4 times from our home to Huntington Beach Pier with a stop on the way at Balboa Pier for breakfast at Charlie's Chili one day, our favorite donut shop and lunch at Huntington Beach Pier other days. There was really no need for a stove/oven. The microwave and the toaster oven did what needed to be done, along, of course, with the barbecue. Our car was literally parked for 4 of the 7 days we stayed. The basket on one of the bikes allowed us to do our grocery shopping at the local stores. At the end of the day, we always took the short walk to the wedge to watch the waves and the surfers. Be sure to bring/buy a bike lock (they are inexpensive-about $6) so the bikes remain safe when you walk around. We will definitely be going back. It's our new Maui.

Perfect Vacation Getaway

This is the perfect home for a vacation getaway. It is located just one block from the water. The floors, appliances, and bathroom are highly upgraded, and very nice. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need: glasses, dishes, silverware. There is a nice backyard for your children or pets with a BBQ grill for your enjoyment. A private two car garage is located in the back, as well. Very nice flat screen television with fireplace located in the sleeping area. This home is located very close to restaurants, the pier, and the Balboa Penninsula. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming, as well.
The company who booked this home was very pleasant to work with, and very customer service oriented, and the price was very reasonable.
This has now become our favorite little getaway spot, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Newport Beach.

Beautiful surprise, lovely modern and spacious

I absolutely loved my stay at this chic modern studio. Just steps from the beach my family and I had the best time there. The bed is comfortable and the interior is modern and new. The backyard and the BBQ are a really nice bonus. It feels spacious and there is a luxury feel and vibe to everything. I really had a wonderful time and will stay there again soon!

Beautiful studio.

This place is a real find. Beautiful, new, modern, clean, spacious, garage parking and stocked with everything you need. It’s also in a great neighborhood location on Balboa Peninsula and close to the beach. Easy walk or bike ride to the pier so you can take the ferry over to the island or ride further along the boardwalk as far as you can go. We used the bicycles in the garage everyday. The two very comfortable outdoor areas on the property only enhanced our stay. We are coming back to Newport in August and checked to see if our dates were available. Bummer for us, it’s already booked. We will definitely look to stay here again on another future trip.

A renewing experience!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful week on the peninsula. This studio made our stay perfect. We had to talk ourselves into leaving this beautiful cottage....to go into the outside world. It is really lovely. It is in a quiet area looking onto a zen like garden with a calming fountain...patio with a Weber grill. Outdoor seating in front patio and back. When I asked my husband what his favorite thing was he, without a beat, said the big TV. All I can say is "read the description" of this cottage. It's "that" and more. We are hoping to be invited back.

Charming, Cozy, Great Location

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage by the sea. We walked all over the penninsula and beach, and enjoyed the shopping. The kitchen allowed us to cook most all of our meals, and we were able to enjoy a few on the front patio. The fireplace was really great, as it was a little bit chilly. The owner is very communicative and helpful. Thanks!

We absloutely loved our stay! It's a quaint little house, all up-dated and new modern decor. Towels were soft, bed smellled so clean. Everything was new and sparkly clean. Better than any hotel. Definetly will be back soon!
