I rented this home for 3 nights in honor of my parents' 60th birthdays. My parents and our family of 4 (6 people total - 2 young children) stayed at the home...and it worked perfectly. The location was perfect - easy to access lots of different Omaha "things"...both downtown and spots in West Omaha. The den on the back of the house was where we spent most of our time...far enough away from the bedrooms that once the kids went to bed, the adults could still hang out/play games/watch TV back there. The was a small problem with the fridge when we first arrived, and the owners were at the house within 10 minutes to fix it! We would definitely consider renting this property again if the occasion called for it!

This property is amazing! The home is beautifully furnished, immaculate, and centrally located. My daughter and I stayed here for the Olympic Swim Trials this past summer and fell in love with the property when we opened the front door. The furniture and style of the house fit us perfectly. We had lots of room to "go to our separate corners" after a long day at the trials and areas to call "our own"! The kitchen is perfect, the bath is great, and the bedrooms are exceptional. We were located near a large grocery store and several restaurants we tried and enjoyed. The owners are the greatest folks you will ever meet. So attentive to detail and to the requests of the renters. We have stayed in touch since our visit to Omaha and will never stay at another location whenever we need a place in the Omaha area. We highly recommed this home to friends, relatives, and those seeking a property in the area. We also have to mention, for anyone staying in the property get the directions to the Cupcake establishment that won in the Cupcake Wars on TV. You can find an incredible lunch and great dessert for a very low price. Happy stay in Omaha.....

We spent the weekend at this property & found it to be a great experience! We have two small children and it provided plenty of room, all of the necessary household items, and lots of extras! (TVs in every room, wifi, and washer/dryer.) The home is beautifully decorated, well maintained, and comfortable. Thank you for a great weekend!

We just stayed here last weekend and it was perfect for what we needed! We had 5 adults total and 1 child. There was plenty of room for us all to have our own space.....and then we could all gather in either of the two living areas. I definetely recommend this place for someone who wants to be close to downtown but not downtown.

Very well maintained property. Lovely hardwood floors thoughout. Even though it is on a busy street, once you closed the front door you hardly heard a thing. In easy walking distance of some local restaurants. Loved the convenience of the living room plus the den. My sister and I were able to sit and talk, watch TV in the living room whild her husband could get away from us in the den. Kitchen was well stocked with items needed to fix meals.

We rented this house for a weekend for our son's 10th birthday. It was very spacious, charming, and clean. The pictures don't really do it justice! It is also very conveniently located - very quick and easy trip to the zoo, and great to be walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Although the listing says "not appropriate for children," I'd recommend it. There are some glass top tables and it's on a fairly busy street, but the home is plenty big enough for kids to play indoors, and there's a playground not far away on Leavenworth. We thought this was a GREAT alternative to a hotel for our visit.

Thank You Jodi for everything . The house had plenty of room for the 6 of us. The location was awesome next to a nice grocery store and Barrett's which has great food. I would and will recommend this house to everyone that I speak with that will be traveling to Omaha.

The pictures really don't do justice to this home. It was spacious, tastefully decorated, very clean and had everything we needed for a confortable stay. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful.
There's a great Italian restaurant just steps away (La Casa) and a supermarket with everything you need two blocks away. It was great for acces to everything we needed to do downtown. Would definitely come back!
