We had a wonderful time in Hot Springs. The condo. is clean, beautiful, and equipped with everything that we needed. We went to the National Park and walked and went in the lookout tower. The Park is beautiful and a great place to hike or just walk the paths. We ate at Andrew's Restaurant, Granny's Kitchen, and Fisherman's Wharf. They were all great! The Lake view is awesome!

I've stayed in several Hot Springs condos over the last 7 years, and this one was the tops! Since I brought my cat along too (and she loved it), I guess it would be the 'cat's meow'. The owner's attention to detail and ability to make the property feel like a luxury resort certainly exceeded our expectations. From the little snacks, chocolate treats and care package for my pet, to the soft towels, comfy bedding and magnificent lake view, this property can't be beat. It was exceptionally clean and had plenty of extras. I loved the communication with Matt, and the directions and instructions were clear. In addition, the property was as described... Even better! From the moment we drove through the gate til the moment we left, this condo was Remarkable! The great amenities within the condo of all the exclusive furnishings to the snacks, treats, coffee, waters, and high quality supplies were appreciated by all of us! The view is outstanding, even during rain. A definite repeat and great area to be. Thank you for putting such thought into the stay of others @ your condo.

I titled my review "Modern Escape" as it was so nice to be able to retreat to a place that had furnishings that I would choose for my own home. Too many times, I have stayed in out-dated and drab home/condos when going away for the weekend. This was not the case for this property. Everything was as presented by the owner, who happens to be very helpful in everyway. I would highly recommend staying with these owners.

Excellent and well worth the price!!

My wife and I wanted a quiet get-a-way from the kids for her birthday and New Year's......luckily we found the perfect spot. We had rented another house, but due to the winter weather, the other property did not have electricity so we had to look elsewhere at the last minute. We almost cancelled our trip because of this, but fortunately we ran across Matt's property. He was great to work with and honestly he saved our vacation.

It could not have worked out any better. We were close to EVERYTHING in Hot Springs, Oaklawn, restaurants, movie theater, etc. Since it was cold we did not have the opportunity to enjoy the lake, but the view was amazing and relaxing. The property was well appointed with everything we could have possibly needed. We were able to cook a great dinner and enjoy it by the fireplace.

I have rented several properties on HomeAway in the past, but I would have to say that this was in the top 2. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends. A great spot to relax and get away during the winter or enjoy the lake during the summer!

P.S. Two points of interest I would highly recommend during your visit here are:

1) Java Primo - to get your morning started off with great coffee, breakfast and fantastic service.

2) Weldon's Meat Market - We picked up some GREAT steaks and sides that we were able to cook at the condo.

Beautiful condo--lovely decor and very comfortable. Great lake view. All was as advertised. Thanks for snacks and chocolates--nice touch!!

We have a fabulous time. Thanks for providing so many conveniences such as paper products, coffee, creamer and more. Most of the time I have to add those to my packing and this time i had a lot less luggage.
