We thought the property was terrific

We had a great stay and liked the property a lot. It was compact but very well appointed. My husband loved the built in coffee machine, and we also appreciated how quiet the bedrooms both were, and yet we were still in the middle of Covent Garden. Overall we thought the property was terrific, the location unbelievable, and we were very pleased!
We loved the bread and pastries and sandwiches at the newly-opened Balthazar, a couple of blocks away, and we loved both Monmouth Coffee Roasters (just a couple blocks away) and Store Street Espresso (in Bloomsbury). Our kids also loved Forbidden Planet – a sci-fi/comic/paraphernalia store with all things Doctor WHO, Star Wars, etc.

I would stay there again in a second

We loved the property very much, that Flat was clean and well appointed and had everything we needed.
Loved the kitchen and the built in coffee maker although we tended to eat out most of the time. The location is AMAZING! I cannot say enough about this, it's so incredibly close to everything, wether you want to walk around in Covent Garden, or Leciester Square, or take a stroll along the Thames you're just completely spoiled. I would stay there again in a second.

We enjoyed our visit to the Drury Lane property very much. It was spotlessly clean, had all the amenities-full size range, refrigerator and diswhasher, plenty of towels, hair dryer, tv with cable (though missing Sky, which was too bad) & WiFi- and very, very comfortable beds. I know because I got very sick soon after we arrived in London and I was in bed for days. Ricardo met us at the flat when we arrived and he was very good about giving us all the details of the flat and contact numbers should we have any problems. Ride service to/from the airport was very easy and a good way to transport a family of 4 plus 4 big suitcases. Location was perfect with 2 Tube stops within a very short walk as well as lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and other shopping. Initial reservations were effortless and there was a real human to talk with when I had some questions at the beginning. We would happily stay at this flat and book through London Connections again.

Our 2-week stay here was a most pleasant experience! The welcome /orientation we received was excellent and we immediately felt right at home. The apartment itself I understand had been fairly recently refurbished. It was very attractive with a pleasant area for dining as well as for reading/watching TV etc. The kitchen, which we used a great deal, was well equipped and a joy to work in.. The apartment's location was, as you know, excellent!!! We could walk to Trafalgar Square in 15 minutes, The Tube station was close by as were several excellent grocery stores and we were close to the theatre district.

Better than was shown on the website

We stayed at 2-27 Drury Lane. We had a wonderful stay right from the early let in and the wonderful person who met us and showed us the apartment through to when we left. The apartment was even better than shown on the website with all the lovely modern facilities. The location was also terrific.

I knew that you were sincere in helping me

When I started looking for a flat in London, I spoke with you and another rental agency. The other rental agent immediately tried to steer me towards the most expensive property that they had available. In contrast, you asked me about my family and their interests and suggested Drury Lane flat in Covent Gardens, Since it was far from your most expensive property, I knew that you were sincere in helping me find the best flat to suit our needs.
2-26 Drury Lane turned out to be perfect. The location was fantastic as we enjoyed the market, shopping and proximity to the theaters. The market at Covent Gardens became our nightly spot to relax, listen to music and enjoy a glass of wine before dinner. My family loved the Christmas decoration and the feel of the neighborhood.
The Drury Lane flat was exactly as promised. It was clean, reasonable size and brand new. There was plenty of hot water and every appliance and utensil you could possibly need. My only suggestion would be a few more towels.
Our driver and check-in assistant were both excellent.
Overall, we were very satisfied and my girls are already planning a return trip. Thanks for all your help.

Apartment is beautifully finished

We are a group of ladies who have an annual weekend trip to London, usually during the month of November. We have stayed in hotels on previous trips but this year we had the pleasant experience of a stay in your apartment on Drury Lane.
Cristina met one of the group for check-in, she was very friendly, pleasant, professional and gave a very comprehensive tour of the apartment.
Apartment is beautifully furnished, great use of space, comfortable and everything you could possibly need from kitchen appliances, equipment, hair dryer, hair straightner, etc.
Location was perfect for our needs as it is so central - theatres, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance.
We are already looking forward to our trip next year and we hope to stay with you again.

The location is ideal...

The flat was lovely. Both bedrooms were fine, although there could have been more storage space in the room with twin beds. Because they are in the back of the flat, it was quiet and easy to sleep. Kitchen was well suppled with whatever we needed. And , of course, the location is ideal.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Drury Lane property and fully intend to use the flat again.
Our first impression of the property from the street was a little scared as it is over the Oxfam shop!! However next door to that is a wine shop which we did frequent.our fears were quickly overcome.
We found the flat to be meticulously clean and well maintained.
The decor met our aesthetic.
High quality appliances which we didn't really use but appreciated them.
Having two bathrooms was a big plus for us
My problem which I might mention is that there is no where for a girl to do her hair and makeup.
More mirrors please!

The flat is situated in a marvelous place close to Covent Garden theatres and some very good restaurants and you really feel like you are living in London.
The Oxfam shop was quickly used in discussion with taxi drivers as they all seemed to know where it was.
We felt surprisingly safe and secure despite its proximity to the street.
I will say we are Four Seasons Hotel guests and normally would stay at the Savoy in London.
This was our first try at rental property .
This was a very different and not disappointing adventure for us.
True there is not the luxury of these hotels but we found this apartments quirkiness to overcome all ofthat.
I might also mention your airport pickup was a really good idea the driver(forgot name) was most obliging and made us welcome as did the caretaker when we arrived at the flat our luggage was taken up the stairs in a good manner.
We were a little sad to leave but airport drop off again was very good and safe.
We hope to be back soon

We loved the apartment.

We loved the apartment. Living room/dining area and bedrooms very nice. It was quiet. It is in a convenient neighborhood, close to Covent Garden, the theaters, and the underground. Also, easy walking to many museums, theaters, restaurants. We would stay there again. The only issue is if someone has difficulty with stairs.
