The Southeaseter has just gone through a 3 million dollar renovation on the buildings. We have 2 large pools (1 heated year round by gas and solar) and 2 kid pools, 2 lighted tennis courts and shuffle board courts, a large recreation room and a large grassy area around and by the pool courtyard. Our unit also has high speed internet. Plenty of parking is available.
