This luxury Seattle rental, located just 1 mile from downtown and major freeways, enjoys the enviable location of being within minutes of Pioneer Square, Safeco Field, Century Link Field, the International District and the Cruise Ship & Ferry Terminals while being far enough away from all the noise and traffic associated with a big city.
Professionally decorated, this house has two full floors of living area and is ideal for families or couples traveling together.
Sleeping up 8 people (6 in bedrooms and 2 on queen sized sofa bed), this house is perfect situated to explore this world class city while still allowing you to strecccccch your travel dollars. Please note the 3rd bedroom with the 2 twin beds will be tight for 2 adults.
This house is a duplex and the basement apartment is occupied by a young couple who take care of the trash, etc. They have a separate entrance and no access to your front porch, back porch or back yard.

Beautiful, comfortable, great location!

The title sums up the positives so I'll just add a couple details: there is no a/c (but several fans and lots of windows for a cross-breeze). There is a park just barely down the street, perfect for soccer or catch or tag or whatever (as the yard is on the small side). I discovered Seattle Bouldering Project just a couple blocks away with awesome indoor rock climbing as well as a yoga studio. Our stay was perfect for my family with 4 children, including having additional family over for a holiday meal one day. The Metro bus was easy to catch just down the street when we went to a Sounders game, and the freeway entrance is so close, too.

Great Location--Central to everything
Most comfortable bed ever!
The BBQ worked great.
Perfect for a family, the bedrooms are all close together and there is a walk in closet in the master bedroom if you have a baby in a pack-n-play you can have them really close.
Joe was easy to work with.

Our family just spent two days at this property in Seattle. It was all we expected and more. We would defiantly be repeat customers. The location couldn't be better. Just minutes from all of the action at the waterfront, Pike Street, and Safeco Field. The house is located in quiet neighborhood with off the street parking. Like being home.

Beautiful,comfortable setting, well equipped, excellent location, perfectly presented. We were a party of seven and had plenty of room. Joe was prompt and total professional withall enquiries and request.

The house was ideal for the 6 of us. There was loads of space and we could cook meals and sit comfortably around the dining room table. The location is perfect for seeing the sights of downtown Seattle. Just a short drive and easy access to parking and transit. Good accessible parking on the property. The house is nicely finished and maintained. Very clean and comfortable.
We'll definitely keep it in mind for our next visit!

Stayed at this very comfortable home with 2 of my children, 2 adult brothers and my father. Plenty of room and a nice location. Took the kids to the park less than a block away. Plenty of room in the off street parking area. Within minutes of downtown either by bus or driving. I would certainly stay here again and will recommend it to my friends.

Great Location, Great House!

If you want to explore downtown Seattle and the neighborhoods of Seattle, this house is in a perfect location. Get downtown in about 10 minutes via the bus, drive via car into the Cascades which are only 30 minutes east, and you're only about 20 minutes from the airport. House is clean and five of us, ranging in age from 25 to 84, were very comfortable. This is a great place to stay and a much better deal than a hotel. A parking space, clean kitchen, comfortable living room, and fast wireless make it a great spot to rest up before you go out and visit this amazing city. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved this house!!! We had two couples and two singles in our group (two of the girls husbands couldn't make the trip). The house was in a perfect location and exceeded our expectations. We all agreed that Joe has this house set up comfortably for guests and very accommodating. Judkins Park is in the neighborhood and was nice to use as a landmark when traveling by bus. Taking the bus was easy. Seattle has an awesome Metro system and is rider friendly. If you are looking for a rental in Seattle look no further~you will fall in love with this place. The beds are incredibly comfy and we all slept better than we do at home :) the kitchen is well set up and we made homemade bagels-cooked dinner one night and enjoyed the huge dining table. Thanks again Joe!

Easy access to everything!

We had a group of 6 who stayed the weekend in Seattle then headed to the wine country down south. The location of the home was perfect. It was within a few miles of every sight we wanted to see, yet FAR away from the hassle of the hustle & bustle of the more trendy areas. We're from Texas and had to get over the initial shock of no A/C. Of course we happened into town on the hottest day in Seattle in 10 years; however, once we calmed down, it quickly cooled down in the house with the open windows & the fans. All six of us were very pleased with the accommodations and our overall stay at the house.
