This condo is right in the nightlife area of waikiki. Surprisingly you do not get that much noise from the nightclubs in the suite. The air conditioner is whisper quiet so you can get a good sleep at night. An included parking stall is a bonus since most waikiki hotels charge a valet service. If you like Mexican food there is a great restaurant right next door called Cha Cha Cha. The pool deck is in the sun for most of the day but does not have a hot tub :( Make sure that you knock all of the sand off your feet before going in as it tracks around really easily on the laminate flooring. If travelling with other adults this suite may be a little cramped. 2 adults maximum for this place.The condo owner Niko is awesome. I have never had a condo owner actually meet you and show you around the complex when you arrive. All in all it was a pleasurable experience. Great job.

This is a large unit but still a studio and as such It is most comfy with 2 people or family with a kid.
It sleeps 4 though comfortably with queen bed and queen sofa sleeper.

We love our studio and are very proud of it.
Most our guests are in awe when they enter and see how much value they get for what they paid.

The unit looks same as good live as in the pictures!

I truly love capturing this positive expression on people's faces when they enter :)

October 7, 2012 My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Nikodem’s studio condo. It is beautifully appointed with everything one needs for great a vacation in Hawaii. It comes equipped with air conditioning, a complete kitchen, full size refrigerator, large flat panel television with Blue Ray DVD player, wireless (wifi) internet, comfortable bed and washer and dryer are available for a nominal fee. There is a pool just for tenants use. There is a veranda/deck that overlooks Waikiki. But, when you shut the sliding glass door it is very quiet. It was completely remodeled in July and is beautifully maintained, so it is essentially a brand new unit. Also, it is only one block from Waikiki Beach. Very important - if you have a car parking is free! Nikodem and his partner Bozena are wonderfully attentive and are very friendly. I highly recommend Nikodem and this vacation rental for any couple who is looking for a comfortable, clean and reasonably priced vacation get away. We give it five stars out of five stars!

Ideal location! Right in the middle of waikiki-close to everything! It was such a perfect place to stay for our vacation. We rented a car and the included parking space was great. Everything was new and updated.Wifi worked perfectly-no issues at all. The studio had everything you needed-even chairs and a cooler were provided for use=) This was my first time using airbnb or any room booking service in general and im happy to say it was an excellent experience. Niko was a great host! We look forward to coming back again. Mahalo!
