'Beach Paradise' is the ideal place for who wants to be close to all the things you have to see (Sintra, Lisbon), yet, just 2 minutes walk from one of the best beaches in the area. This comfortable, stylish apartment, has two terraces: one east-facing for your breakfast and one west-facing for 'al fresco' dinners & barbecues or for just relaxing and sunbathing! There is one bedroom, one bathroom, a large lounge/dining-room with a balcony and sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens up to a large terrace, beautifully landscaped.

Restaurants are within a couple of minutes walk. Along the coastline, you will find many beaches, sea front cafes, local bars and fish restaurants. This modern and comfortable apartment is the ideal base for whom want to have a laid back holiday in a calm environment , yet only a few minutes from lively restaurants and lovely beaches.

Just 2 min walk from the beautiful Praia da Poça, one of the best surfing beaches in the winter and a stunning and sheltered beach, perfect for children, in the summer.

The train stations of 'Estoril' or 'Sao Joao do Estoril' are about 5 min walk from the apartment and Lisbon is just 30min by train.

In the neighborhood you can also find a fine selection of golf courses and tennis clubs. The Lisbon 'Golf Coast', continental Europe's westernmost edge, is home to about two dozen golf courses, with plenty more to do when you're not teeing up.

Nearby you'll find a Gourmet Supermarket, several Coffee Shops, and many Restaurants. The flat is also located close to the Casino and the Estoril Congress Center. If you like surfing, than this is the apartment for you! You have a great surf spot 150m from the apartment.

Be sure to visit Portugal's capital, Lisbon, and the UNESCO World heritage site, Sintra. Estoril is, in fact, located only 25 minutes from Lisbon by train and 15 minutes from beautiful Sintra by Bus or Car.

I bought this property 11 years ago. When I saw the house, straight away I fell in love with it and bought it the same day. It is a big, modern 1 bedroom apartment and what makes it amazing is its location: close to everything (150m from the beach, 20 minutes from Lisbon, surrounded by golf courts, 200m from on of the best surf spots in the area).

Haroun's apartment is beautiful, spacious, tastefully decorated, and perfectly situated. I enjoyed my stay very much; it was paradisal. I especially enjoyed his terrace garden in back, his balcony overlooking a quiet street, and his proximity (4 minutes' walk) to the beach. Haroun himself is a wonderful guy, polite, friendly, helpful.
