Very friendly owners not only want you to enjoy your stay, they want you to come back & it shows! Spotless condo - well maintained - well furnished - well stocked - well, it's just like home (only better)!
Nice pool, grill, tiki hut shelter & plenty of parking -even luggage & grocery carts. Very quiet unit steps from elevator on 5th (top) floor.
There are 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths, laundry/utility, kitchen, dining area & living room & small garage with beach toys, chairs, mats, etc. Livingroom & master bdrm sliders open to balcony overlooking wide open Gulf.
We chose this unit over others in this bldg because of it's furnishings...very flexible sleeping accomodations (1 king, 2 queens, daybed with trundle (makes into 2 twin singles) & a sofa sleeper. Also has comfy couch, loveseat & recliner & a huge dining table (seating for 8). There's even a baby crib & highchair.
Along with full size washer, dryer, range, side-by-side fridge, micro & dishwasher there's a juicer, mixer, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, blender & 2 hair dryers! There are games, books, cable, internet access (bring your lap top) - even free long distance service. If it's not here - you won't need it!
We couldn't have been happier! Do yourself a favor - this is a trouble free/worry free vacation choice - enjoy!!

Perfect space for great vacation for 7

We had 5 adults and two 2-year olds and this Condo worked perfectly for us. The pictures were an exact representation of the property. Everything was very clean and maintained. We found everything we needed to prepare breakfasts and a very ample frig to hold food and beverages for the week. The kids loved going out on the balcony and we felt secure sitting with them out there. The view was breathtaking. There was a crate of toys in the unit and even better there was a garage with everything we needed for beach fun.
The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were ample. An amazing amount of closet/storage space. Plenty of seating for everyone with room for the kids to play. TV's in every room were appreciated. And with the hurricane shutters closed on the balcony the front bedroom was dark enough to inspire 12-hour sleep nights for the kids.
Easy access to the unit, close to the elevator. Loved the washer/dryer in the unit. Parking was very easy and convenient.
And then there was the electric recliner, which I took ownership of! What a special treat, I may have to purchase one for myself. Dining table big enough for all of us comfortably.
I waited a few days to write this and I still cannot think of a negative. I'd like to own that Condo !

Great Vacation

We loved this condo. Beautiful ocean view from living room and master bedroom. The condo had everything we needed for our family including a crib and highchair. We greatly appreciated all the beach toys and chairs in the garage. We were on the beach almost every day. This was a wonderful, relaxing vacation. The condo was in excellant condition and there was plenty of room for our family of eight. We would highly recommend this condo and look forward to returning.

Gorgeous Three Bedroom Condo!!!

This condo is absolutley beautiful. Everything that is stated in the description of the condo is one hundred percent accurate. The only thing you need to bring is your clothes. The owners have taken great care to make sure everything you need for a fun filled beach vacation is in their condo or their garage. My family and I will definetly be coming back to this lovely condo. The restaurants nearby are reasonalbly priced and have excellent food. Their is a Put Put golf course right around the corner from the condo and our family thoroughly enjoyed playing minature golf. John's Pass which has several gift stores and restuarnts is just a couple of miles down the road. No one in your family will be disappointed in selecting this condo. You will feel like you are at home.

Expectations Exceeded

The first impressions were even better than the photos are able to show. The location is perfect for exploring this coastline St. Pete - Clearwater Beach. Being right on the beach made it so convenient to go for a swim at any time. The beach is very well kept, but it seemed to be increasingly more seaweeds as the days went. In our case we were a family with three teenagers, and they enjoyed every minute of the stay. The condo is furnished and equipped in a way that feels very homely. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us. Everything is there, all the necessary kitchen equipment, washer/dryer, games, books and increasingly important these days - Internet connection. The instructions left by the owners were easy to understand and to follow. The best compliment is to say that we would like to own a place just like this condo!

Perfect Vacation

This was our first stay at this condo. We were completely impressed. The booking process was easy and the owners were very accommodating. The unit was spotless upon arrival and beautifully decorated. It was equipped with everything imaginable. The attention to detail was unsurpassed.
We loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins in the morning and the sunsets in the evening. We enjoyed the outdoor grill and tiki huts. This was the perfect place for our family vacation. We will recommend it to all our friends.

After researching many vacation rentals I am so glad we settled on this one. This condo truly has all of the comforts of home. It is clean, comfortable and every detail considered - right down to a closet full of board games and books for a rainy day. The one car garage complete with beach toys was a perfect convenience. We would most definitely rent this unit again!!

Wonderful vacation at Seagate 505

We stayed at Seagate 505 the first week of November 2010. It was amazing. The condo was exactly as described with all the amenities. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was great. The sunsets were beautiful from the balcony. We saw dolphins every day. We will always have wonderful memories from our vacation at Seagate 505. This condo litterally has everything! The owners go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and ensure returning business. Everything from cookbooks, coupon book, toys, DVD player and movies, games etc...nothing is left out. Very clean! Highly recommend this to anyone wanting a perfect getaway and is located on the beach.

A Real Home Away From Home.....

Our family spent a wonderful week at Seagate 505 this summer. If there is any amenity that has been forgotten at this condo, I was unaware of it! The setting is truly beautiful....white sand, palm trees, and lovely pool. The condo has three generous bedrooms, two baths, a truly fully equipped kitchen, TV in each bedroom and the living room, internet access, beautiful balcony, and a view to dream of for months! The garage includes just about any toy one would want on the beach, and parking is convenient. The unit was spotless and obviously cared for as one would their personal home. Cannot wait to visit again!
