Santa Monica Apartment Rental Photos and Description
The interiors of these newly remodeled apartments have all been redone in modern but comfortable design, while still retaining many of the original features of an historic WWII California Courtyard building.

The large lower two bedroom unit has beautiful original wood floors throughout, along with new black and white linoleum in the kitchen and tiled bathrooms. Walk into a large living room with a large bay window, leather sofa, working fireplace and 47” flat screen TV with Blue Ray Smart DVD player and internet TV.

The dining room and adjoining kitchen are separate from the living room.The dining room seats six and has lovely original built in cabinets. The kitchen has a beautiful antique gas stove, as well as a full size refrigerator, microwave and garbage disposal. It also comes equipped with a coffee maker, blender and lots of cabinet and pantry space.

The Master Bedroom has another large bay window with a feeling of privacy along a green ivy covered wall. There is also a 32” flat screen TV. There is ample light as well as closet space in this airy room.

The second bedroom has two twin sized beds with an ensuite 3/4 bath. There are two closets and built in bookshelves, as well as a door to exit the unit and provide access to the next door studio apartment, which can be added to this unit as a third bedroom.

The hall bath still has the original tile floors and backsplash, as well as a pedestal sink and a tub/shower combo. This bathroom also has a separate heater.

There is wireless internet throughout and comes with one garage parking spot off of Montana Avenue for up to a mid size car.

Place was very clean, spacious, and in a great location. It is very conveniently located. It was great to have outdoor seating area along with a great grill. The property manager, Tony, was amazing in making sure our stay was pleasant.

Tony the property manager is Amazing! There were a few issues with the rental (difficult to get in, the heater broke), but Tony's efforts totally turned our experience around. He fixed the heater and let us know that he was always available for us day and night. We've never had better service!

We had a great time. Very nice accommodation in a great location very handy for shops, cafes, restaurants. Property was clean and the off street complimentary garage parking was great, something we really appreciated. I would recommend this place.
