I recently brought a group of high school students to Orlando for the Disney YES program. We rented this property and it was fantastic! There was plenty of room for all of us. The pictures don't do the home justice. It is very spacious and all of the rooms are decorated beautifully. The home was clean and well-manintained. We were all very pleased with the vacation home and I would definitely recommend this property. The owner was very easy to work with and she was so helpful.

After coming home from this trip, my husband and I have talked about leasing this property in the future for a family trip. It is a fantastic alternative to the standard hotel rooms -- everyone has their own space and privacy. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is visiting the Orlando area and who has a large group or extended family on the trip. We were very glad we found this vacation home for this field trip and I highly recommend it to others!

My overall stay could have been better. I stayed for 9 days. Right from day one there was an issue. The current tenants stayed longer than expected and we were already at the house while the cleaning crew was there. So we had to wait about 2 hours. Also there was a problem with the grill, but the owner was very quick to fix. Also a lot of things were not working properly. All the TV's in each bedroom were not working properly, a lot of lag, downloading channels every time you turned the tv on. Towards the end the Internet kept have problems. Then the last 3 days the refrigerator went out and lost all the food we bought!!!! Half the toaster wasn't working. Pillows were rip, the beds in the boys room were broken. There was puke on a skirt of one of the bedrooms left from the previously tenants. I mean the house looks beautiful, but all the little things add up, it a very secured gated community, very close to all the stores and major Highways, and disney. They have a heated community pool with bar. The basketball courts and tennis courts are outside the gated community and a far walk. Overall my experienced could have been better. At least refunded some of my money back for the lost of all my food and all the inconveniences. Think twice and make sure everything is working properly before renting.

Wonderful place.....clean and nicely decorated! We stayed for one week to visit Disney. We had 8 adults and 5 children. Lots of room with lots of extras....PAC n play, crib, stroller, high chair and roll away beds to cover all you kids needs. Pool area and game room was great. If you are considering this villa I would highly recommend it. We are planning to return again next year. Close to Disney parks, shopping and restaurants.. Thanks Maggie.....you were wonderful!!!!!

What an amazing house.....plenty of room. Very clean and nicely decorated. Do not hesitate if you are considering staying here...it is a great place. We stayed with 8 adults and 5 children. Crib, pac n play, roll away beds to cover all your little ones needs. Great game room and pool area. Highly recommended. Super close to everything Disney, shopping and restaurants. We had a great time! House is exactly as it shows in the pictures. We were a big group of 17 and were all well accommodated. House was clean, comfortable beds, close to the parks and quickly response from management about any issues that came up. Since we were a big group most of our meals were in the house and I thought pots, pans and kitchen accessories weren't enough. Other than that it was the perfect place to be! Will highly recommend to family and friends! Thank you Maggie for a smooth transaction, can't wait to be back ;-)

We just got back from our first family trip to the Disneyland, and it was, again, an exquisite experience, very much benefiting from where we were staying, a perfect vacation spot, 8505 Palm Harbor Dr.

The house is designed with a great taste, amazingly installed with a big screen LCD TV in EVERY single room. It took my husband a while to browse all the channels they provided. He absolutely had his valuable time here--TV every night with half dosen beers. 7 bedrooms definitely accomodate all our needs. Beautiful warmed pool with a nice surprise---SPA and a fancy outdoor BBQ. My 2-year old had so much fun in that pool and it's the most rewarding thing for me and my husband to see our son's happy face. Fast internet, I had no problems dealing with my boss's emails as well as large data transfer from my work. Spacious bathroom with jacuzzi, clean and comfortable. There is even a game room on the first floor. It seems that everyone from oldest to youngest found fun and interesting things to do simply inside the house.

Prime location close to everything we need while vacationing here. Everything is within 2-minute driving distance--shopping, food, supermarket and restaurants. We tried the Red Lobster on the first day. Seriously, how can we miss seafood in Orlando? Price is so much more friendly, comparing to the restaurants at the Swan Hotel, a resort at the Disney Park where I stayed last time. Well, It's just 15 minutes to the Disney theme parks, and so close to the famous premium shopping outlet where I found fantastic deals in stores like "Prada" and "Barneys New York". Unbelievably, deals of my size which never happened in Woodbury New York. Of course, I had all my suitcases full.

The owner and management company are great people to deal with, very friendly and helpful. I received detail information as soon as I confirmed my reservation. Any help I need, just a phone call. Simple, easy and pleasant!!!

We stayed with another family during fall break. The house was so roomy, even with 6 kids and 4 adults we had an extra bedroom that was unused. Lots of storage and extras. This is the 3rd time we have stayed in Emerald Island and this is by far our favorite house. The upgrades are noticeable from the beginning--including professional appliances, flat screen TVs in every bedroom, nice patio furniture and the beautiful outdoor kitchen. Owners were very easy to work with, only complaint was the spa would not heat properly. We highly recommend this property, especially for multi-families looking to relax after a long day at the parks. Of course Disney is only a 10 minute drive, on this trip we also ventured to Sea World and Universal which were still only about 25 minutes with traffic.
